I thought prelim surg will be easier for IMGs than prelim IM, and my
background fits surg better than IM (Surg experience in China, and the
majority of my observations are surg related), that's why I focused on
prelim surg application (50+), and only applied to 16 prelim IM programs.
Don't know if those surg programs haven't sent out invitations for IMGs yet,

是有两个孩子7和4岁，我老公工作很忙，两边老人都无法帮，我爸和家公都过世，我妈
在国内各种原因无法过来，我家婆在这边但是老年痴呆。。nursing school对于我真的
好艰难，我具体分析了下自己的原因：
1.学习时间不够，每次到医院拿了病人后写worksheet/care plan花的时间太长，经常
第二天去医院遇到病人discharge又得写一份，就基本靠熬夜写出来，labs,path-
physiology,complications,treatment, drugs,nursing diagnosis, 等等等，要是遇
到病人10几个药的还有很多病的那种，我真傻了：一晚上15-20页的东西准备出来，我
真得通宵！clinical花我太多太多时间了，基本只有周末才能好好看书。
2.考试时间不够：这周和老师做test review的时候发现有些题自己会做，但也选错了

根附近车根本没关系，而且也不是什么高大上算法，就是hard code了一些condition罢
了。
我试过不下10次，因为都是business trip不用自己掏钱，但是本着尽量为公司点的原
则，碰到uber 2倍3倍的时候，还是会等一等。但是每次都气个半死。
每次都是，周围明明全是车，半个小时了，看了周围都是车，并不存在什么供不应求的
情况， 就提示说surge要2倍收钱。反正我不急，等会儿，结果只要你不停的刷，
就2.2，2.5，2.7， 3.0的往上涨。
所以我估计算法是这样，先给你来了1.7倍，看你不停的刷，说明你着急打车，那么就
给你涨，你刷的越频繁长得越快，query 一下数据库，if 过去五分钟刷了20次，3倍。
如果半个多小时不搭理他，就给你个提示， surge取消了。
还有一种情况，我叫了一辆lyft，lyft叫了一两分钟以后，uber告诉我surge取消
了，这种情况见过4，5次，绝非偶然。恶心的是最近lyft也学着来搞surge了 |

for the system to shut down properly.

Surg，比如心肺，骨科之类的Med/Surg,没有我们一般的Med/Surg，所以不知道哪个比
较合适自己。以前一直想着一毕业就到住院部，至少先学好基本的技能，了解各种不同
的疾病。参观了一下医院，看到他们women's health的工作环境挺好的，加上自己以前
OB实习的时候还挺喜欢的，不知道大家觉得妇科怎么样？谢谢意见！ |

发帖数: 28 | 41 谢谢大家回帖。现在我真有些犹豫还要不要转科了。总的来说，我对Cradiac Care还是
很感兴趣的，想学些东西。
我和一些同事Float到Tele Floor好几次，都觉得要比Med Surg Floor轻松一些。不知
是不是因为照顾到我们是Float Nurses，给了我们容易的病人。我是在CA做Night
Shift，Med Surg的护患比例是1：5，Tele是1：4。很多Med Surg病人需要Pain Meds
Q2h，然后Anti-Nausea Meds Q4h，还要上Multiple Antibiotics Q6h-8h，再加上
Blood Sugar Checks，腿都要跑断了。并且有些术后病人因有Cardiac History，也会
上Remote Tele但住在Med Surg Floor，所以有时我们会管4个nonTele和一个Tele，当
然这些Tele病人都是情况相对稳定的。
在我Float到Tele Floor的那几次，我发现那里的病人很少要Pain Meds，Anti-Nausea
Meds，或各种各样的Antibiotics，甚至IV Fluid。一般 |

发帖数: 366 | 43 加速班毕业，我们班基本所有的同学都没有找工作的问题，有几个直接读各种NP，有些
没有毕业就有2个OFFER。有的准备去外州找工作，还有边读书边工作的，还有生完孩子
再工作的，总之各种情况的都有。简单介绍一下经验。
我们这个班进来竞争很激烈，大概是150多个才选20几个，而且基本每个人都有一些奖
学金，数额还很不小，所以申请2次进来的都很多。而且我们班的同学背景都很强，有
医学院的，兽医学院的，EMS的，药剂师助手TECH的等，有几个妈妈有3，4个孩子，有
单亲妈妈全职工作的。
最后我们班因为有家庭原因有一个延迟毕业的，另外3个好像是考试和实习出了点问题
，所以可能要延迟毕业。
介绍我自己的背景，我对自己这年的经验非常满意。我算是没有医疗背景的，但基础知
识很好，人不傻，英语沟通基本没有问题，而且也是学理科出生，家里有很强的医疗背
景，自己在本地的教学医院做了快2年的NA，包括申请前的全职和上学期间断断续续的
做。
我的先修课是在社区大学上的，学分绩是4.0. 现在加速班毕业BSN学分绩是3.9左右，

（工况图里的surge线），这时就没法正常压气了，气流紊乱甚至反向，气压剧烈波动
，叶片振动乃至很容易损坏
所以实用的turbo机都讲turbo在某一时刻“介入”
其实我之前没想到surge的问题，还纳闷过，为什么turbo转速是连续上升的，还会有一
个突然的变化说，嗯，现在turbo介入了……因为不过surge线你只能把它bypass掉哦…… |

发帖数: 3419 | 45 首先我不是说你在6楼的描述有错误。都是对的，不仅对而且证明了我的观点。
我想说的是你给的那个工况图不能反映当下turbo引擎的工况。我开这个帖子就是说当
下优秀的turbo引擎的，以BBA为例，不包括十几年前的turbo也不包括现在麦克拉伦法
拉利那些turbo。
你说：
“左边的图2000rpm15psi的时候,就在surge line的左边,所以为了不surge, 2000rpm时
,电脑必须放开一定程度的wastegate来压制turbo的转速,让他不超过5psi.”
这不就是证明2000rpm turbo就可以介入，只要将boost控制在5psi即可。你这个老
turbo都可以介入，现在的新turbo在2000rpm介入就更没有问题了，N20 1250rpm 就出
现扭矩峰值了，也就是说1250rpm的surge line就插入turbo的工况区而且达到峰值了，
所以大约700-800rpm时surge line就接触到turbo的工况区，几乎起步就可以介入了。
所以一些人说2000rpm仍然无法介入，还要等NA耗尽就没有道理了。 |

往一个发动机上装一个相对较大的涡轮
要实现比如2L发动机，目标马力500hp@7000rpm这种偏向高转的设定
那么低转速的情况应该大部分都落在surge line左边
此时低转WOT的话
尾气有可能带动涡轮么？
如果能带动的话，涡轮应是处在surge 状态，anti surge的compressor housing和BOV
能否保持compressor的转速？然后直到发动机需求进入surge line右边的时候再稳定产
生boost？ |

我主要是想弄明白现在台架测试涡轮机是怎么一回事
BOV按compressor map来说，应该是低转速高负载会打开，相当于此时compressor过大
比如你一开始贴的那个compressor map为例，2k的那条线很接近surge line了
如果在1k的时候画线，那我想这条线肯定大部分是在surge line左边的
前面有人说台架测试是固定转速然后加大负载再测试
那么在低转速，比如900RPM的地方WOT，大负载，固定转速，我猜BOV会打开防止surge？
然后转速上升到进入surge line右边再关闭BOV，产生boost
我这个想法你觉得有问题么？
一般改装turbo车2k不能wot是怕bent rod，compressor太大的turbo车是怕compressor
