早饭除面包之外,加鸡蛋(蒸,煮,炒);给孩子加点蛋白质
午饭如果他不吃,就少准备些,往snack的方向准备,水果/奶酪/酸奶/果仁/黄瓜/西红
柿/胡罗卜
1点多吃snack的时候孩子其实是有些饿了,但是snack时间短,孩子吃不饱呢
snack里给加些碳水化和物
2点接回家,如果孩子饿,我会给孩子吃东西地,看so far孩子都吃了什么,尽量的往
平衡里补

晚饭6点吃,吃多少算多少,不要生气,不要让孩子把不愉快的情绪跟吃饭联系起来,

瓜西红柿他不会单独吃的,果仁过敏不能给,鸡蛋过敏不行。目前只有全麦面包和水果
酸奶,后两者比较甜,可能会影响下一餐的胃口。
早晨的牛奶是我贪心,他就这一顿正经喝的牛奶了,面包我以后少给点,除了鸡蛋还有
啥能增加蛋白质的,或者干脆少吃,让他11点半就饿了?
午饭我想尽量把平时不给的口味重的或者他特别爱吃的放进去了,再试一个星期,不行
还有那种能夹馅的三明治,最后一步,也就是用水果面包代替了。。。
2点回家吃一顿正餐,那我就等于完全向娃的不良习惯投降了,现在还抱有幻想呢。。
。。
主要是snack们都没法做到正餐那样营养全面,成分健康,所以不希望一天太多顿snack
样的。。。。

题的症结其实就在小黑妈自己。
比起吃饭,我更担心的是教育问题,如果胆敢长期这样折磨孩子,基本上可以肯定,迟
早要毁了孩子,孩子迟早要失去自尊,变成刀枪不入。实际上,我担心这已经正在发生
了。几乎完全相同的失败例子发生在我一个表弟身上,惩罚到后来,那孩子对所有的惩
罚都不再敏感,成了完全没有自尊也不怕打骂的一个人。貌似是不长记性,其实是孩子
在无意识中用这种“忽略惩罚”的方式的来忘记他受到的伤害,让自己心里好受些,久
而久之,他的自尊会被摧毁。大人很难意识到在我们眼里不算什么的一种惩罚(比如撕
毁他喜欢的玩具),对孩子来说,也许意味着他生活中最美好的一个部分。你有没有最
喜欢某件东西?车子?房子?我一把火给你烧了,你什么感受?要现在立竿见影很容易
,只要够狠心,高等级的惩罚措施(你所追求的“狠招”)升级就是了,但今后呢?在
更严重的事情上,比方说万一摊上吸毒的问题要面对,那时候他刀枪不入了,你怎么办?

给上的,以前他空口吃面包都行的,我试着减少,还有亲自给他弄早饭和陪吃,把量再
控制得精确点。奶量减少的话,他真的就没啥机会喝了,唉。。。
午饭的snack试过不带,结果就是接他时候更饿,都挺不到3点半,因为snack时间和午
饭是分开的,他没snack也不会想到回头去吃午饭,我带的snack是很少量一些水果块,
估计就是撑个水饱,不过下周我也决定不带了,跟老师说一下情况。
我今天想想,这两周家里没有任何变化,他身体也没变化,我体力也跟2nd trimester
差不多,上蹿下跳的,就是嗓子哑了吼他少了。唯一的变化就是他们preschool是每5周
一个session,重新注册,这次有新的小朋友进来,他挺喜欢一个日本小姑娘的,莫非
相思成灾,茶饭不思了?

不知道你说的snack是什么,我娃的snack就是中午的一小盒(大概6、7cm见方的一个小
塑料盒)新鲜水果块,晚饭后大概4、6oz的酸奶,一周有那么两三次有小碗冰淇淋,(
周三下午一小袋夹心饼干和巧克力奶,晚饭推迟和减量),别的所谓的snack没有了,
也绝不会发生在晚饭前吃snack垫肚子的情况。
他的早饭问题,他现在7点到7点半之间醒来,喝8oz奶,然后不爱吃东西,正好这是我
们的晨练时间,他爸爸会带他去跑步,一般是8点20左右回来,他能狠开心地吃面包,
然后8:45左右去上学,或者更晚点。在跑步前,他不想吃其他东西,也确实不适合吃
东西,跑步后胃口好了,也是吃一片面包(对折抹东西,偶尔有增减)。主要是一直是
这个量,他最近午饭一口不碰(做过饭团,形状完好,饺子,一个不缺),着实让人不
解。我现在只能试着再减少早饭了,不过要饿到中午11点半吃也不是办法,早饭都是他
自己吃,我们不会刻意引导多吃的。。。。
至于撕玩具的办法,我实在是没别的办法,所有书上的别人提的网友给的,我基本都试

我曾经也奉行过吃多少隨便你的方法,结果发现妞在幼儿园午饭越吃越少,白天全靠吃
snack, 回来后晚饭也越吃越少。从本来自己吃,到不肯吃要我喂,到一顿晚饭要喂上
一个半小时。吃饭越来越差,人也越来越瘦。我想来想去觉得问题还是出在不好好吃午
饭上。孩子很可能因为不爱吃幼儿园的午饭就不吃了,反正饿了下午有snack。长期下
来,对胃很不好,而且胃也从来没有被撑大过,很容易吃一点就觉得饱了。搞到回家后
晚饭也是同样的问题,吃一点就觉得饱了,不肯吃了。后来我痛下决心,train她吃饭
。白天幼儿园的午饭以daily上老师圈的为准(上面有well, fairly well,和poor),
我跟她说,妈妈不要求你不好吃也一定要吃光光,但你要试着多吃一些。如果老师圈了
"poor",晚上就不可以看喜羊羊(妞迷这个,每日必看)。晚上家里的饭菜,妈妈会
尽量捡宝贝爱吃的给宝贝吃,但妈妈放在宝贝plate上的要全部自己吃完,因为宝贝是
大孩子了,妈妈不会再喂。执行时白天在幼儿园倒乖乖吃了,头两天晚上妞闹的不行。

炒饭类的,我求证了周围很多亚裔妈妈,果然她们的孩子都跟俺家差不多,喜欢
吃炒饭。再有就是不给娃带snack,我不给娃带snack,每次都能吃完饭,带了
snack,基本就没戏了。我一般是一保温桶饭,一小盒水果。snack time让娃吃
水果,lunch就把午饭吃完。儿子乳制品过敏,喝soy base的酸奶,但是我从来
不带幼儿园去,要吃回家吃,带去了,午饭就不吃了。

上周日打完篮球后全身酸痛了几天,昨天做了YogaX貌似对缓和肌肉酸痛很有效,虽然
只做了一半,今天完全不酸了。今天力气回来了,天气也不错,打算下班跑步去。

白天胃还是不舒服浑身乏力,晚上胃口回来了,和娃视频时不断吃craker,杏脯。。身

目前的状况:身高5’7”,体重135lbs,照镜子感觉肥肉多。
今年7月份要回国拍婚纱照了,下军令状了,想减到120-125lbs左右,但是很苦恼应该
怎么减。我的计划是:
运动:
想保证每天一个小时,跟着公司fitness facility的group class周二自行车,周三
Yogalates,周四健美操,剩下四天里三天椭圆机,一天休息。椭圆机的resistance目
前在level 7。
饮食:
早上:1cup巧克力奶,两个小的dinner roll加上5根cocktail小香肠
上午:snack是苹果
中午:蔬菜沙拉+鸡肉或者牛肉或者ham
下午:snack是酸奶
晚上:(三文鱼+水煮西兰花)或者(骨头汤炖大白菜胡萝卜玉米一根)
晚上snack:水果(鲜芒果slice/草莓/橘子)
我的问题:
1. 是不是强度不够?感觉椭圆机比treadmill温和很多,但是鉴于以前椭圆机和跑步的
经历(足底筋膜炎+膝盖关节不舒服),感觉自己脚和膝盖比较脆弱是不是不适合跑步
?有没有差不多同样强度的运动?
2. 想去掉酸奶,但是运动都是晚上下班后,下午应该吃点啥热量低的snack... 阅读全帖 |

这两天,辣条又火了!英国广播公司(BBC)拍了一部三集纪录片《中国新年》(Chinese New Year),介绍中国人过春节的风(ch )俗(h )习(w n)惯(l ),其中竟提到了辣条!
片中,俩英国老头在街上买了几包零食,有鱿鱼丝啊凤爪啊什么的,还有辣条。其中一人称辣条是“most popular snack...”,广大中国网友看到这段后,立马不干了,“辣条是最受欢迎的零食”?啥时候辣条能代表我大中华美食了?
辣条君也表示很冤枉,自打成为“网红”体质,动不动就被拉出来遭受群嘲,人家其实只想做一枚安静的美零食好伐?!
其实这次辣条真的是冤枉的,因为在BBC的片子里,大胡子老头的原话是“Latiao is most popular snack for under-25s in China”。
英文字幕这么准,中文居然译跑偏了?
