what I am saying is that you have to consider the fidelity of those methods. If
fidelity could be sacrificed, PCR of cz could be used to amplify the DNA. Thats
why I was saying it depends on your purpose of amplification.

在电影艺术诞生100多年前的18世纪末期，意大利戏剧家卡洛·柯齐查阅了大量
古代戏剧作品，得出结论：世界上的一切戏剧剧情，都可以归纳为36种模式。遗憾的是
，他没有一一指出这36种剧情模式。
20世纪初期，法国戏剧家乔治·普罗第又作了一次有益的尝试，他研究了1200
余部古今戏剧作品，找到并列出了36种剧情模式。乔治·普罗第的36种剧情模式与卡洛
·柯齐所说的36剧情模式显然有不尽相同之处，但他依然自信地认为，古今所有的戏剧
剧情都不会超出这36种模式。
近一个世纪过去了，普罗第由戏剧作品归纳出来的36种剧情模式，依旧在西方

between that and "人权永远高于主权". Do you understand the gravity of
claiming "人权永远高于主权"? Not supporting "人权永远高于主权" doesn't mean
not supporting having more 人权. But for 人权 sacrificing "主权" is stupid
and you will find yourself geting nothing at the end. |
