or anything like that, just a very bad inflammation. My right foot is
swollen like a baby's foot, and I cannot flex my ankle to less than 90
degree. But I can walk just fine on forefoot now. I'll be staying at home
for a couple days, no extended walking. |

本来是想仔细的recap从四月到六月的highlights.可是we live in the present! 所以
就简单的bullet point 吧~
1) LP成功的把一个小bankroll成长到可以take shots at 20/40 LHE. Take shot的结
果不错,目前大概+$3000. 她又自己开始看2p2,问的问题也比较有意义. 乐观的我认为
她应该已经是small winner at weekend LA 20/40 games.
2) 虽然六月让我想吐with a 250 big bet downwing. 整体来说还是非常满意的. Q2打
了175小时的20/40赢~1.2big bet per hour (BB/hr). 145小时的40/80赢~1.75BB/hr.
9小时的60/120输了~6BB/hr 哭(technically this was in July, but oh well I

二传，大家应该都知道这个要俩手环绕成桃形，但是你或许不知道，球是靠肘和腕抖出去
的，而不是光用手指弹性碰撞。
沙排中侧传背传应是不允许的，传球也是托而不是弹的。
不过打沙滩的大都是垫球高手，加上手腕有伤，兄弟我的二传也就将错就错了。
不过想打好二传的兄弟可要要练练腕和肘，光蛮练是不行的噢！
扣球，要满掌(包住球)，这样力量都用得上，另外手指要有个下压动作，否则就容易打飞
。
兄弟我右膝有伤，又上了一点岁数，只能扣扣女网过瘾，哈哈。但我最近发现这个业余比
赛好像都不保护的，空档好大，防守步伐也不好，俺发现吊球还是蛮爽的，这个对对方士
气打击最大了，呵和。不过以前打沙滩时可是不准用手指吊球的噢。
说了这么多小儿科，象GREENFIELDC或是RUPTURE这些专业的家伙肯定是老大不以为然。这
些幼儿园的东西你拿出来显摆什么？！
