果糖／葡萄糖这个比值，低于１（也就是葡萄糖比果糖还多的水果）很多
比如杏0.7，桃子0.9, 香蕉是１（也就是葡萄糖果糖一样多），李子0.66
公平的说，也有果糖比葡萄糖多的水果，但是最多也就是２比１的关系，比如苹果和梨
所以，果糖，在任何水果中，都不像你说的，达到压倒性多数。
因此，吃４磅水果，一样葡萄糖过量。
（3）果糖一样引起insulin resistance。 你google一下

2.理解运动对改善insulin resistance的作用，但为什么是有氧运动呢？咱的理解是无
氧运动的作用更大，以至于举重后，专家都提议马上进补蛋白质和碳水，而且最好是简

刚来这个版的时候，发现此人在鼓吹高蛋白减肥，就觉得很可笑。过时了那么多年的
Atkins吃肉减肥法没想到又在这里复活了。Atkins这人自己死的时候200多磅，他写出
来的东西还有个屁的可信度？鼓吹这个不是在害人么。
最可笑的是此人一直在鼓吹的女子举重。男的举重确实有很多好处。但是未生小孩的女
人练举重，恕我直言，那是傻叉中的傻叉。
女人第二性征是靠雌激素来支撑的，女的练举重练到后来胸上都没肉了，但是屁股上都
是硬邦邦的肌肉。看着好像挺鼓的。但是这种屁股长在男人身上是性感，长在女人身上
是可笑。简单来说是鱼目混珠，跟白女那种肉脂匀称的性感翘臀完全是两种不一样的东

backpacking的帐篷最主要的因素有
防水性，这个一目了然
UV-resistent，可以延长使用寿命
重量，越轻越好，还有pcaked size越小越好
搭建方式，有所谓的quick pitching和传统的两步走
还有就是用途，比如alpine，4 season，3 season...
出口个数，储藏空间（就是里子和皮之间可以放gear的那部分）
帐篷表皮的材料很重要，好的要具有uv-resistent，防水性，轻便，和防撕裂
UV-resistant是靠一层coating，可以延长使用寿命，也防止表皮变脆弱
防水性主要以水头来体现，最高大概可以承受3500毫米水头
一般的也应该承受1500毫米，还有就是seam sealed所有针眼，并且用tape粘住
防撕裂（rip stop）就是如果破了个洞，就是一个洞，而不会撕裂开来
另外floor一般是tub floor，也是seam sealed，并且应该耐磨
在美国看到的帐篷，感觉floor比较薄弱，还要另买footprint，给搭建增加工作
另外pole和钉子也是增加重量的因素， |

完全侧身游仅仅在转身蹬壁之后初速度比较大的时候是比较合算的，因为这个时候只有

The point is: when you move from movement1 to movement2, especially in
making certain types of turns, your body should first resists to move by

第一天”明显是两天，从开始工作到天黑，一共是20个小时。估计是第一天夜里没加班
，和第二天早上连一起了。而且可以注意里面基本上一个昼夜交替是20小时，说明一天
还休息了4个小时。视频里也没说是连续工作或者六天建成。所以全部时间应该是7天到
8天。工作时间是136.5小时。但是能这样建起来还是很令人惊讶的。远大公司还在世博
会上面花了24小时建造了一栋展示楼，那个有24小时连续视频。
下面是Youtube上外国人的部分评价。里面当然有一些是嘲笑中国产品质量低下的。但
是更多的是惊讶。搞笑评论也很多。欧美发达国家因为建筑项目少，所以市场养不起太
多的建筑工人，所以建筑的时候花费时间总是特别长。很多欧美居民对此非常不满。所
以建筑速度虽然值得自豪，却也并不是说我们比欧美强很多。这一点要客观看待。但终
归来说，中国人现在吃苦耐劳的本色仍然非常强大。
外国人的自嘲看看就好，每个国家的人都看自己国家不顺眼。哈哈。

前面贴的 mindfulness的训练，我理解是
当烦恼（贪啧痴引发）升起的时候，应该如实的去观察它，
不resist它， 不judge它， 也不把它tag
为我的一部分， 让它自然的升起， take its natural cause.
不要escalate它， 然后它lose power and die down naturally， 我发现这个
technique对我很有用.
可是如理作意， 是否是要用正念正思维resist
烦恼的自然升起？ 我发现有时候resistance会导致
a chain of thoughts的卷土重来，然后最后是escalation. |

因为准备回国所以这两天一直在找合适的口罩,找了不少时间,
就写写我的一些经验吧.
说起N95其实也不是唯一的可以阻止SARS的口罩.
The three levels of filter efficiency are 95%, 99%, and 99.97%.
N95 means an N-series filter that is at least 95% efficient
所以N100(99.97%)理论上应该比N95效果要好.
而且
The three categories of resistance to filter
efficiency degradation are labeled N, R, and P.
N for Not resistant to oil,
R for Resistant to oil
P for oil Proof

标 题: 有关长沙6天建起一座酒店的YouTube评论---看看那些美国人怎么评论我们吧
（很多评论很搞笑），我们在进步，别太着急~我比较好奇如果是美国6天建起酒店，中
国各路人马会如何评价？

这个酒店，事先的设计、打地基、预制件生产肯定不止6天。贴视频也是个标题党，“
第一天”明显是两天，从开始工作到天黑，一共是20个小时。估计是第一天夜里没加班
，和第二天早上连一起了。而且可以注意里面基本上一个昼夜交替是20小时，说明一天
还休息了4个小时。视频里也没说是连续工作或者六天建成。所以全部时间应该是7天到
8天。工作时间是136.5小时。但是能这样建起来还是很令人惊讶的。远大公司还在世博
会上面花了24小时建造了一栋展示楼，那个有24小时连续视频。
下面是Youtube上外国人的部分评价。里面当然有一些是嘲笑中国产品质量低下的。但
是更多的是惊讶。搞笑评论也很多。欧美发达国家因为建筑项目少，所以市场养不起太

improve. Erlotinib's resistance is pretty normal. PLX's resistant is pretty
normal too. And melanoma becomes much more aggressive in resistant patients
after PLX treatment. Basically hospice is the only way to go after that.
