为什么普通人投票，是不记名的，而且必须是private的，投票时不能有第
三个人在场。
一旦选票记名，那么收买选票非常容易，可以通过行贿，恐吓，设局敲诈等
各种方式进行收买控制选票。议员毫无招架之力，因为你的投票立刻就会被

到proposal中。一个PM也佐证了这个观点。
但也有人说，即使看了前几页，对proposal感兴趣，也要详细阐述challenge，
solution，等等。我是认同要好好写正文内容的，copy&paste paper显然不太行。但是
我就有了先前的问题，challenge和solution感觉有点矛盾，拼rp啊。。 |

做你再改，别的要奈着性子该，而且要手写，然后让学生去输入到电子版。这样他们必
须仔细阅读你的改动，在千方百计读懂你的handwriting的同时，会有时间想想你为什
么这么该 （你把改过的版本给他们时就告诉他们要去想这个），对以后才会有帮助，
有时得来回近十次。但这么一来，到第二篇paper 时，学生一般就能进步很大了，也就
不需要手写的了。这样一来你为以后省时间了，二来也完成了帮助学生提高写作能力的
任务。这个法子我在学生和第一次用英文写作的postdoc 身上都用，屡试不爽。 |
