。所有，炒这股票一定要前景朦胧，不能等到看明白或者很明白了再炒。

你做，你应该庆幸省了不少麻烦。
另外如果你和收购和被收购公司有关系，最好问一下broker，如果在处理当中发现有
inside trading的可疑，可能会更久delay你的钱。 |

AIG不同，除了惹祸的房贷部门，其他的东西全是很有价值的东西，一堆人

想想刚找到工作那会儿的兴奋劲儿，一晃已是七个月。这七个月，真是领教了毛老的那句

meeting.说得挺好听，是让部门结构更合理，不会裁任何人。我还是紧张到心跳。结果儿

manager。在过去的半年里，现在组里的manager把他前公司的人都搬到我们组了，现在
我是唯一的一个不是他前同事/朋友的人。最近公司情况也不好，每个quarter末都
layoff。一个月前，我试着骑驴找马，拿到B公司的offer。不幸的是我的一个同事C有
内线在B公司，因此从interview开始他就大声地在公共场合不停地和我讨论新工作的事
。怎么阻止也不行。因此估计现单位已经知道我的事了。上周我得到通知我的boss and
job responsibility将会更改。我将为另一个manager工作。考虑到B公司和C的情况，

话要回去开会，被告知公司业绩不好要reorganization，我的职位被裁。我目前的情况
是我的公司sponsor的perm还在pending中（去年7月递交），老公刚一起帮交了485 （
EAD还没拿到）。
有几个问题想请教：
1） 公司原定的separation date 是2/18 （还没最终签字），我的产假是到3月31
号结束，公司给的package里除了额外的工资补偿，也答应支付剩余产假的工资，所以
我争取的last paycheck date 是三月底，这样简历里工作终止日期可否写3/31？
2） 除了争取last paycheck date， 还有什么需要跟公司交涉和争取的？ （我下

3） 找下份工作时，如何回答为何离职的问题？可否隐瞒layoff（如果不领失业保
险），只说family reason? 还有必要要先在的同事领导作reference吗？有什么需要注

打听一下。认识两个老中在里面，一个不同行，另一个接近同行。
结果，前一个算认识多年，告诉我现在公司不算太好，不过要去的部门应该需要人。后
一个就是我要说的，马上劝我不要接受。说整个部门亏损，经常reorganization，去的
那个组也走了人。这个让我很犹豫，之后这位的行为神奇了：每天和我联系，跟我谈行
业前景，帮我联系其他部门，甚至其他公司，还跟我分析为什么跳槽，可以再等等呀。
最狗血的是，告诉我前一个申请者（也是他以前的同事）就是被他劝放弃了。后来，我
觉得奇怪，因为我跟他就见过一面，没太多交情，为什么如此热心？anyway，我最后
negotiation之后接受了offer，来到新公司，和他成为了同事。
到了之后，真相就出来了，让我恶心了好久：他也换了部门，就是我去的那个，只是不
同组。也不提当时大讲亏损的事了，相反说现在信心大增...; 更神奇的是后面，后来

是公司员工。
onsite的时候你不用主动说，如果问道你为什么离开原公司，你就说知道公司要
reorganize所以开始主动寻职。一般面试官都不会深入问得。如果拿到offer，HR会问
你当前的具体情况，那时你再说也可以的。
现在市道不好，layoff频繁，大家其实都心知肚明。 |
