我的case很弱，申的时候只有5paper，1篇影响因子7点几，别的都是1附近
另外重点是申请了很多刊物审稿，有些刊物会把你放到reviewer数据库里，这样尽管我
只审了2篇稿，但是我只提了我是十几家刊物的reviewer！

limit,超过1W到2.5W的利率是1.59% APY，比很多网上银行的rate高不少，即使在
reward checking里也算比较高的几个之一，就是不知道银行的可靠性有多高。除了
rate外，还有referral的program到Feb 28 2011，被推荐人和推荐人都有50$，如果满
足2个月以上存款条件。具体信息如下(对了钱多的话似乎可以去开Coulee Bank的，利
率是3.03% APY up to 2.5w，网址是http://www.couleebank.net/，是WI州的银行，没有refer program, CCU是IL的credit union)：
Saving是必须一起开的，但没有fee.可用信用卡做initial deposit $1000，算purchus
e，但不要用citi的，他家现在所有机构的都算cash advance.要拿到refer bonus要连续

2 ）Mismatch问题： AA会使black or hispanic学生被不适合的大学录取,然后发现学

民主党, 25席共和党. 对这个法案SCA5的支持是党派分票, 所以我们只需要保证 2个以
上民主党议员勇敢地站出来, 投票反对, 我们就可以让法案胎死腹中. 现在我们可以做

准备好了简历，下一个文档就是cover letter了。其实对衡量你是否是一个好的候选人
来说，cover letter的作用几乎是零（很多情况下主管技术工作的人或者雇人经理根本
见不到cover letter)。那么为什么还要准备cover letter呢？答案和简历的
qualification那一段差不多 — 主要目的是帮助你顺利度过/混过recruiter/HR这一关。
写cover letter也是有固定的套路的，而且这个套路更简单（一两个字）。不过俺已经
吊了大家这么长时间的胃口了，就再多吊一会儿吧。
先说说recruiter/HR是怎么衡量一个候选人的。简历里的qualification毋庸置疑是非
常非常重要的，但是 qualification其实还不是他们/她们的“第一印象”。第一印象
