limit,超过1W到2.5W的利率是1.59% APY，比很多网上银行的rate高不少，即使在
reward checking里也算比较高的几个之一，就是不知道银行的可靠性有多高。除了
rate外，还有referral的program到Feb 28 2011，被推荐人和推荐人都有50$，如果满
足2个月以上存款条件。具体信息如下(对了钱多的话似乎可以去开Coulee Bank的，利
率是3.03% APY up to 2.5w，网址是http://www.couleebank.net/，是WI州的银行，没有refer program, CCU是IL的credit union)：
Saving是必须一起开的，但没有fee.可用信用卡做initial deposit $1000，算purchus
e，但不要用citi的，他家现在所有机构的都算cash advance.要拿到refer bonus要连续
两个月满足他们checking 的条件才行。另外，refer的时候被refer的不需要填写refer
code。由refer的人fax/mail refer form到bank就可以，如果不放心可以过几天打电话
confirm。refer可以在account开了以后再加也不迟。
