In the latest National Discipline Evaluations, 5 disciplines from UESTC were
in the top 10, in which Electronic Science and Technology ranks No.1 and
Information and Communication Engineering ranks No.2, Optical Engineering
and Instrument Science and Technology ranks No.7 and Bio-medical Engineering
ranks No. 10 (equal to Beijing University). In the 2015 USNEWS Best Global
Universities Rankings, UESTC’ s Engineering ranks No.81 and Computer
Science ranks No.67. Engineering, Material Science, Physics and Computer
Science are listed in the top 1% of Essential Science Indicators (ESI).

In the latest National Discipline Evaluations, five disciplines from UESTC

学校拥有国家级重点实验室4个，国家工程中心1个，省部级科研机构41个，2个国家自
然科学基金委创新群体、6个教育部创新团队和1个国防科技创新团队。近年来，学校与
四川省人民医院合作共建医学院，并成立基础与前沿研究院，大力推动物理、数学等基
础研究发展。学校现已发展成完整覆盖整个电子类学科，以电子信息科学技术为核心，
理、工、管、文协调发展的多科性研究型大学。
UESTC has four national key laboratories, one national engineering center,
forty-one provincial or ministry research institutes, two innovation groups
supported by the National Natural Science Foundation Committee (NSFC), six
innovation groups supported by the Ministry of Education, and one national
defense science and technology innovation group. Recently, UESTC together
with the Sichuan Provincial Hospital established the School of Medicine, and
founded the Institute of Fundamental and Frontier Sciences, to strongly
promote the development of fundamental research such as in Physics and
Mathematics. The university has developed into a key multidisciplinary
research-oriented university with electronic science and technology being
its nucleus and characterized by the harmonious integration of science,
engineering, management and liberal arts.

能源科学与工程学院成立于2011年6月，是电子科技大学为适应国家产业结构调整和科
学技术发展战略需要，进一步优化学科结构，拓展新学科而建立的从事电能源科学技术
高端研究和人才培养的新学院。
In order to adapt to the necessities of national energy development strategy
and further optimize the discipline structure and enlarge the research
influence, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC)
collected the most advanced research and faculty resources in power and
energy system among whole University to established the School of Energy
Science and Engineering (SESE) in June 2011. With a commitment to creating
viable solutions to today’s most pressing energy problems, SESE is helping
make UESTC the most famous university in China.
学院致力于解决电能源短缺和电能源利用中的关键科学技术问题。结合能源科学技术发
展需求，充分发挥学校电子信息领域优势，围绕电能源生产消费链（“发电—蓄电—输

School of Energy Science and Engineering (SESE) relies on the national/
provincial level key laboratories of State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin
Films and Integrated Devices, Power System Wide-Area Measurement and
Control Sichuan Provincial Key Laboratory, etc. SESE gives full play to
advantages of interdisciplinary, stays on the active chain from energy
generation to consumption (Energy Generation - Energy Storage –Energy
Transmission - Energy Distribution - Energy Usage.), and formed the high-
level professional “Energy” featured training and researching system,
which covers all aspects of “Materials - Devices - Circuit - System -

属能源科学、电气工程、材料科学领域，具有博士学位，一般不超过40岁；具备在“百
人计划”岗位聘期内入选“长江学者”奖励计划、“青年千人计划”、“青年拔尖人才
”支持计划等国家级人才计划或获得“国家杰出青年科学基金”、“国家优秀青年科学
基金”的潜力。电子科技大学通过重点对100名左右高层次人才的支持，造就一批优秀
的学科带头人。
The applicants have an energy science, power systems engineering or material
science background, must have a PhD degree and be under 40 years old;
should have the potential to apply for “Cheung Kwong Scholars Program”, ”
the Recruitment program for Young Professionals”, ”National Program for
Support of Top-notch Young Professionals” and so on.
相关待遇：按正高级专业技术职务聘任，聘期内另可享受有竞争力的杰出人才配套经费
、安家费、购房补贴和年薪制。

属能源科学、电气工程、材料科学领域，国内外著名大学或研究机构取得博士学位，或
在国内著名高校担任教授职务；业绩显著、学术水平突出，年龄一般不超过40岁。
Qualification: Has an energy science, power systems engineering or material
science background, a doctorate degree from a renowned university or a
professor in a prestigious university of China, and excellent academic
record, who is under 40 years of age.
工作及生活条件：
1．提供科研启动经费：20-40万元；
2．提供安家费：10万元；
3．提供购房补贴：第一个聘期15-25万元。
Compensation:
Startup money: ￥200,000-400,000.
Relocation: ￥100,000.
Housing: ￥150,000-250,000.
七、副教授（副研究员）
VII. Associate Professor
属能源科学、电气工程、材料科学领域，国内外著名大学或研究机构取得博士学位，业
绩突出、极具发展潜力，年龄一般不超过35岁。
Qualification: Has an energy science, power systems engineering or material
science background, a doctorate degree from a renowned university, proven
academic record, and great potential in achievement and advancement in
career, who is under 35 years of age.
工作及生活条件：
1．提供科研启动经费：15-20万元；
2．提供安家费：6万元；
3．提供购房补贴：第一个聘期8-10万元。
Compensation:
Startup money: ￥150,000-200,000.
Relocation: ￥60,000.
Housing: ￥80,000-100,000.
八、骨干教师（助理研究员）
VIII. Assistant Professor
属能源科学、电气工程、材料科学领域，国内外著名大学或研究机构取得博士学位，具
有发展潜力，年龄一般不超过35岁。
Qualification: Has an energy science, power systems engineering or material
science background, a doctorate degree from a renowned university and great
potential of success in academia, who is under 35 years of age.
工作及生活条件：
1．提供科研启动经费： 10-15万元；
2．提供安家费2万元;
3．两年内提供过渡性住房一套。
Compensation:
Startup money: ￥100,000-150,000.
Relocation: ￥20,000.
Housing: transitional housing for a 2-year period.
备注：引进的外籍教师薪酬可面议。
Note: Salary and benefit of an invited and outstanding foreign scholar are
