Closing Cost Scams
NEW YORK (MONEY Magazine) -- Technology has magically lowered the price of
buying everything from stocks to airline tickets. But home buyers now pay
eight times the closing costs they paid 40 years ago. Here's how residents

purchases, many by thousands of dollars. And why your street probably isn't
all that different.

另外 by the way,mathsisfun.com 上对于 probability 的解释还是不错的。
所以这个 mathsisfun.com

The answer largely depends on what other roster moves the Knicks make in the

a priori probability 和 a posterori probability是两个不同的概率。
probability。

he can become an even better player.”

I don't quite understand his argument.
This is because for community
card sequences c1 and c2, the probability c1 is the first sequence and c2 is
the second sequence is the same as the probability that c2 is the first
sequence and c1 is the second sequence.
how about the case where sequence c1=c2? for instance, P1 has AA, P2 has KK,
flop A72r. with replacement, we can have c1=c2={K K}, without replacement,
we cannot. furthermore, without replacement, if c1={K X}, then c2=/={K K}
with probability...

You got the point. I am really afraid of he had TJ and check raised me on
the turn. It that case, I probably have to fold to a hand which I had good
equity.-----------------if he really has TJ, you do not have much equity.
Suppose 500$ pot, you only get 100$. Not only he will c/r on the turn with
the nuts, TJ in this case, but also he will c/r some nut draw, such as AdTd,
Ad9d, because he is out of position.
The flop raise is another question that confused me a lot. In deep stack,
when we have s...

40 Incorrectly Used Words That Can Make You Look Dumb
Jeff Haden
Ghostwriter, Speaker, Inc. Magazine Contributing Editor
December 03, 2014
While I like to think I know a little about business writing, I still fall
into a few word traps.
Take the words "who" and "whom." I rarely use "whom" when I should -- even
when spell check suggests "whom" I think it sounds pretentious. So I use "
who."
And then I sound dumb.
Just like one misspelled word can get your resume tossed onto the "nope"
pile, one i...

Robin Williams

So if I asked you about art you’d probably give me the skinny on every art
book ever written. Michelangelo? You know a lot about him. Life’s work,
political aspirations, him and the pope, sexual orientation, the whole works
, right? But I bet you can’t tell me what it smells like in the Sistine
Chapel. You’ve never actually stood there and looked up at that beautiful
ceiling. Seen tha...

Winogrand: Ideally, I wish I had a lens that took in my whole angle of
vision, without mechanical distortion – that’s the headache with these
things. Ideally, that would probably be the most interesting to work with.
The 28 is probably where the mechanical distortion is least limiting – much
less limiting than a 21. It’s closest to the angle of attention. It’s
pretty close to at least my angle of attention. Probably the 21 is more so,

Guy Sajer's book THE FORGOTTEN SOLDIER is rather notorious in the historical
community; the book purports to be the memoirs of an Alsatian who served
with the Division for the last years of the Second World War. Much has been
written on the subject of whether or not the book is a true story or not.
Two articles are presented here, plus an exchange of letters to the editor
to an American military journal. Those curious may wish to obtain a copy of
their own, and to inv...
