用Bayesian方法估计新凯恩斯主义DSGE模型时，对于prior distribution的设定和weak
identiciation的问题的确有争论，但这不能否定Bayesian估计方法，它在理论上是站
得住脚的。在我们所关心的dimension上，prior standard error自然设定大些。如果
tight prior对于posterior估计结果和marginal data density影响很大，那这样得到
的结果自然不robust,负责任的研究不会这样做，但tight priors在有些时候是可以接
受的。0.0001的prior standard error不常见。

白的合成那么发达，人工合成一些PRIOR看能不能诱发疯牛病，这样就可以排除微生物
的可能性了。
传染机制似乎不难理解吧？人体没有降解PRIOR的酶，PRIOR由食道进入血液后通过BBB
导致了进一步结晶。这好像说明疯牛病不可能发生大规模传染？
