Bayesian: 在经典的参数估计里，参数(比如A)被当成一个固定的数，一般用极大似然
来估计；Bayesian的起源是想利用已有的信息(prior information)结合观察到的数据
得到"更“准确的信息。比如在你观察数据前就知道A大概位于3-4之间，那么有理由相
信这个prior information会使得你的估计更精确。具体到实现上，就是你得假设A是个
随机变量并且服从某个分布，比如[3,4]上的均匀分布，在结合数据的conditional
likelihood, 可以算出A的posterior分布。从统计上来讲，你知道了A的分布，你就知
道了A的一切信息。比如可以用posterior distribution的mode or mean作为A的点估计
，也可进一步根据quantile得到credible interval。

第一个数字是count，后面是相应的status。
其中522个fee waived的是政治避难。
这些485 case是我用程序把9月末到11月末

102 rejection，是prior art anticipate each and every element in your claim.
但是这些anticipation，可能在specification里面，可能在claim里面。
例如，你的claim里面是ABCD。
Prior art里面有A'BCD，但是A'BC三个element都在prior art的specification里面的
，只有D在prior art的claim里面才有的。
这个就是102
rejection，而不能是double patenting。这个时候common ownership是帮助你摆平102
rejection的。
但是假设你的claim里面是ABCD，
prior art里面也有A'BCD。可是Prior art里面的A'BCD全在它的claim里面，
这个时候examiner会看有没有common ownership，有common ownership的话，会给你

经过版里筒子一顿教训，楼主知错了。。H1B的确来之不易。。楼主也想好了，先保H1B
为重。
没想到今天又有新进展！！
新公司的HR打电话来说，他们有可能说服律师帮楼主transfer H1B！但有一个前提：无
论denial还是approval，都必须选择新公司了，i.e.，不能说transfer denial的话还
想回旧公司。
现在楼主想跟大家分享一下最近搜索到的所有关于10月之前transfer的信息。也求大家
知道的信息和input！
1. 楼主给至少15个移民律师打过电话，大概一半说可以，一半说不行。说不行的律师
大多提到了移民局最近的新规定新理解，就是10月之前的transfer不能exempt from
cap。而在2014年之前都是可以的。
2. 在所有说可以的律师里面，楼主选择了张大钦律师进行深入交谈并做了500刀的付费

Seattle-area home sales fell year-over-year in November for the first time
in 29 months as an increase in mid- to high-end transactions and condo
resales failed to compensate for an overall drop in sales below $300,000.
The median price paid for a home dipped month-to-month again and its gain
from a year earlier was the lowest in 17 months, a real estate information

我现在发现，舆论对民众的价值观和意见导向的作用是多么巨大。一个苹果告三星专利
的官司，媒体和大家围绕讨论的，简单了概括就是他们各自每个屏幕对角线的长度这样
的内容，然后大家都来阵阵有词的说苹果欺负人，再专业点的人也就是说什么“prior
art"前例。
我们就来说说这个prior art前例。以触摸屏的使用为例。注意苹果这里注册专利的不
是简单液晶显示触摸屏，偷换概念的讨论没有意义。苹果注册的应该是键盘由触摸屏上
显示产生，而非需要手机上再配一个物理键盘。
根据最近三星苹果专利官司的部分新闻，我注意到三星给出的证据之一就是强调苹果的
类似创意来自索尼，证据是他们（苹果）当时面试过一个索尼的员工。我不知道三星哪
