你 jerk 106# 3x8, 应该可以 press 97# 好几下吧。
我的最终的目标就是press 70# 5 reps each arm. 估计到KB MP 70#x 5, DB BP 100#
应该没问题。
我没上bbs以前在gym 里看人DB BP 75# 就觉得很壮, DL 225 以上觉得都过头了。上
bbs 的真是不一样。
顺便问一个press 的问题：
pavel rkc press elbow 往侧边翻 来 避免过度后仰（pavel say 后仰对lower back

这里从国际社会学的角度，分析一下中国百年国耻的原因。中国1840年到1949年百年国
耻，主要表现在中国打输了两次鸦片战争，打输了甲午战争，九一八之后不战而弃东北
、平津。打输这三场战争，完完全全不是历史的必然，都不是实力的问题。对于九一八
日本是侥幸白捡了东三省，学术界没有异议。对于只要迁都抗战，中国完全可能打赢甲
午战争，学术界没有大的争议。对于鸦片战争，则颇有争议。阿富汗打了八十年，打了
三场英阿战争，三次打败英国，最后彻底打走了英国 。中国在所有方面比阿富汗不知
强大多少倍，可是，打输了鸦片战争，打输了甲午战争，蒋介石不战而弃东北、平津。
为什么？大陆现行大中小学教材的解释基本上是错误的，并不是中国的国力弱小。
1．两次鸦片战争
1841年小小的阿富汗就打败了38000英国入侵军，包括全歼16000多英军主力，1840
年4000英军打败中国绝非历史的必然。有学者以为，鸦片战争中国必败，怎么打都肯定
要败，谁打都肯定要败，还不如根本不要打，从一开始就投降、签署不平等条约。这种

苏联解体已经过去了四分之一世纪，关于解体的原因有各种各样的解释。其中一个被广
泛传播的解释是苏联经济的失败：僵化的计划经济使苏联的经济萎靡不振，1980年代病
入膏肓，无法和美国竞争，无法再持续，因而滑向自我溃败。

并不是所有挂在cell press网站上的杂志都是cell子刊，这个道理和 Acta
Pharmacologica Sinica 虽然也挂在在nature publishing group页面上，但显然并不
是nature子刊一样。
Cell press最早出子刊的时候，没有想太多品牌包装，那个时候办杂志的想法还很单纯
。Cell press的第一个子刊neuron，第二个子刊immunity都不带cell。后来的子刊名带
cell几乎是被nature逼出来的。
如果抛开学术评价仅谈出版策略，Nature（nature publishing group / npg）的商业
操作熟练的多，办子刊的时候早有先见之明，前面全挂主刊名字，跨行业知名度一下子
上去。
举个例子，比如做神经的，假设npg的子刊叫neuroscience，除非是做神经领域的人，
否则相当大一部分人根本不知道这是nature子刊，但如果叫nature neuroscience
，那人人都知道这是大名鼎鼎的nature子刊。

过去两个世纪里总会定期听到这样的警告：自动化科技将消灭大量中产阶级的工作
。早期最有名的例子是19世纪初的卢德运动（Luddite movement）,即一群英国纺织业
工人为了抗议生产自动化,四处找机会捣毁纺织机。另外一个没这么出名但是离我们比
较近的例子是对“自动化型失业”的担忧，1961年2月24日《时代周刊》中的一篇文章
就以此为题：
因为机器效率更高而减少的工作数量只是问题的一部分。让众多就业专家更忧心的
是自动化可能会阻止经济创造出足够多的新工作机会……整个产业的趋势是小规模工厂
完成大规模产量……服务业和办公室工作的岗位增加抵消了工厂减少的工作岗位。但自
动化也开始不断逼近办公室工作并淘汰他们……过去，新产业雇用的员工远远超过他们
造成的失业，但现在的很多新产业并非如此……目前，新产业为非熟练工人或半熟练工
人提供的就业机会相对较少，而自动化吞噬的正是这两类人的工作。

1917年“十月革命”以及苏联在74年之后的解体,是20世纪最重要的事件之一。英国马
克思主义历史学家霍布斯鲍姆将20世纪命名为“极端年代”。[1]随着这“极端年代”
一天天远去,诸多事件的历史意义也展露出来。
若在更广阔的历史时空中回顾20世纪,就不难发现,“十月革命”和苏联经验所造成的冲
击遍布全球,影响深远。今天,苏联已不复存在,苏联影响下的东欧社会主义国家也消失
了。但是,苏联的遗产却继续保留在广大的亚非大陆。在20世纪相当长的时间里,苏联模
式曾一度是许多不发达国家羡慕和效仿的对象,是非殖民化的现实选择。因此,“十月革
命”和苏联经验对世界非殖民化的影响,是一个重要的课题。
一个更容易被忽视的领域是:“十月革命”和苏联经验对西方发达国家的巨大冲击。“
十月革命”和苏联建立时,西方发达资本主义国家已经进入了列宁所说的帝国主义时代
。而在两次世界大战之间,恰逢世界经济大萧条,西方发达国家内部的阶级矛盾尖锐化。
