发帖数: 24594 | 7 你的公司在你的老ead卡过期的时候会要求你填写新的I9.根据我这几天的考古，如果不
能衔接上，这段时间你是不能工作的。 不过你可以跟公司的HR协商一下，看看能不能
搞个unpaid leave 之类。

press 1 (English)
press 2 (bypass introduction)
press 2 (check Status of existing case)
press 6 (check Status)
press 1 (Enter Receipt #)
press 1 (correct, accessing statsu information)
press 3 (report problem)
press 3 or 4 (use 3 for EAD check, 4 or something else going forward)
3 (beyong processing time)
4 (sent |

1. 不能工作, 直到拿到ead卡
2. 可以合法留在美国
3。 gap 对485 没有影响
希望赶快批吧， 还有20天老ead过期
