contract positon其实也不错，能干本行，得有了工作经验再找起来也比现在容易一些。
所以一直拖着没毕业，就为了留着CPT做contract比较方便。
问题是最近找了一圈contract，发现也很难，还是身份的问题。 看大家以前的帖子都说
contract机会还挺多的，能不能给说说心得啊，有什么好的recruiter吗？ 多谢！ |

个晚上。由于有了丈母娘的鼎力相助看小孩，我每个晚上都有了打poker
的机会。白天也打过两三次短的sessions.
在local玩poker, 主要是打2/5NL，水平是基本能在local casino存活
下来。有时为了等桌子，有时也打1/2NL。有时觉得1/2NL反而不好打，
bet多了没人跟，slow play就会被bust。所以到vegas之后，我准备只
玩2/5。谁知计划赶不上变化，我只打了一个session的2/5，其余时间
都在玩1/2。觉得2/5的经验还是对玩好1/2有帮助的。
这次总共获利大概2.5K，其中1k是从2/5上得来的。想想看，还是2/5
的效率高，只玩了一次，却占了2/5的效益。这就是为什么我偏爱2/5
胜过1/2. 但经验告诉我们赢多快就会输多快, 除非你的Poker水平高
过你同桌的水平。为了减轻打2/5的压力，也为了陪老婆玩，我们就一
块在1/2桌子上并肩作战直到来开vegas.

It is called BaoZhi, simply because if the oil price rocket up, their hedge postion

现在想了一个方法是在linkedin上找公司recruiter 和 manager 和 director 之类，
给他们发inmail(花钱的，因为没他们的email）, 看他们能不能帮助refer, 不知这个
好不好？优美有效？话说这个发给recruiter有效还是manager有效？（我不知道这个
postion是哪个recruiter, manager在招，只能看manager的职位和postion的相关程度
来猜）

（补：因为同学现在刚口头offer,里拿正式还有段时间，所以他现在不能推荐我）

容，我当然不是专业的，但是关于评级被降低，需要很长时间恢复的文章周末早就漫天
飞了，我也早就看过了。LZ的阴谋论我也不完全同意，我就随便说了个idea,阴谋论就
是一个idea,不在于细节，细节往往是经不起推敲的。但是揪住不放没有必要吧。
你的贴还是有内容的，但也用不着这么激动。评级是参考的，但是目前的SP已经被作为
重要的参考了，这就是现实，他的降级就会导致fund对国债抵押品资质重新评估，对某
些postion被迫做调整，更重要的是信心的打击。

1. 社会的运行不是完全依靠法律,法律是指底线,完全依靠法律,尤其是美国法律体系下
,社会的运作成本会大到不可承受的地步.很多地方是依靠行规,俗定约成和道德.很简单
的例子,美国商品的退货制度,商家都有很详细的条款,但本质上商家和客户间有假设大
部分客户不会abuse这个退货规定的默契.美国商家在厕所提供手纸,同样也假设大家用
多少是多少,不会偷拿.(很可惜,这两条在天朝都不成立)
2. 月嫂这个行业是典型的依靠行规和道德运作的.雇主相信月嫂不会给小孩喂安眠药,
月嫂住家24小时,拿预先谈好的薪水外加小费.如果月嫂认为自己24小时的付出不止3K或
者5k的价格,月嫂应该在开始工作前就提高自己的价码,20k,30k都可以.只要双方达成协
议.
技术上,雇主确实违法了,人家雇主也认了.你们可以随便说人家loser,不守法,无知,都

背景是这样的，老公在专业的top school读science major PHD，老板算是领域内的牛
人（因为老板还比较年轻但是发的paper都比较高质量）。他的梦想就是毕业后进大学
做faculty，老板也一直知道他想去的方向，所以毕业时间上比别人更拖一些，拖到现
在七年了。老公在实验室的工作量非常大，平均每天12小时，一周六天，只有周日一天
休息。老板之前一直许诺的就是一旦他最后自己做的这个项目paper submit就给他预约
答辩时间，但是前几个月又让他做新的project，他非常不情愿做这个新的项目，因为
老板之前已经好几次一拖再拖他的毕业时间，给他自己的项目也不断加新的实验，没完
没了，这个新项目主要是老板自己开的公司里有关的研究。但他还是硬着头皮帮忙做了
几个月，然后最近他自己的paper刚发了，也刚刚预约了答辩时间。
然后重点来了，昨天他回来一脸沮丧，说不知道老板是不是要fire了他，说是帮老板做
的那个新项目，最后他实在压力太大了，最后的数据草草了事改了个数据(大概省了2-3

好的。轮胎抓地力最重要，干地，湿地，雪地抓地好，操控也好才是性能好，轮胎侧壁
，花纹，材料都有影响，根据自己地区选择夏季，四季或者雪胎。通常抓地和耐磨是对
立的，想要保证其中一个很简单，但是好胎是要保证一个根据你的路况一个平衡。跑车
都是夏季performance轮胎，不耐磨，但是确实是好胎很贵，只不过你的车可能不适合
，看过f1和拉力赛都知道，他们用的轮胎都是好胎，但是换的很快，就是不耐磨。
米其林到底好不好自己看一下tire rack的测试和消费者投票，结合自己情况买性价比
最高的。底下连接是245 45 17 的结果，很明显bridgestone的和continental性价比比
米其林好得多，性能好价格便宜。这个四季胎里这个尺寸的bridgestone的pole
