所以说，食，饮，性---the primitive desire and rewarding 最强大也最应优先得到
满足，然后人才能想到second order, third order, even higher order desire and
rewarding... 而越高级的motivation promoted desire and rewarding可以reinforce
比他低的desire and rewarding。

haha.
mental pleasant is a neccessary for the life and work motivation that can
keep physiological and psycological health. So,适当的自我陶醉我觉得还是应该
的，无论是对拼board 还是以后的matching,还是以后做住院医（住院医只有靠自我陶
醉的motivation来enjoy没有了自己的life style的生活）。
通过你这一说，我好像觉得我有点文老的特质，可惜的是我没有文老的文笔，哈哈。

一个样，她也是在做住院医，她说她完全没有自己的生活，连bbs灌水的时间都没有，
那还有时间小资和情调。

stress. People who have been through intern/resident life or are still an
intern like againstwind, acne, dreamtrue and usmle are in a better postion
to advise you on this.
On the other hand, I think you already said part of the way to withstand
stress, "motivation determines" the degree of stress you can withstand. And

我现在也是没法开始准备考试所以来灌水，不过灌水还是有收获---大牛纷纷谈体会，
让我这么短的时间里对考版的形式和攻略有了个了解。
另外我同意你说的运气和你申请的科室很重要，这就是你家一个MTACH到TOP的医院，而
另一个还没有拿到IV。但是即使最终都无果，生活还得快乐地进行，所以生活态度做重
