作都找了，但无奈经济不景气，一直未果。我目前在一private Liberal Arts College
发考题三年，是Tenure-track postion，还有两年申请 tenure。自觉很喜欢教书，加
一点压力不太大的研究，所以虽然工资低，还是很希望在education field 继续做下去
。上周刚接到 LG 城市一州立大学 part-time fauclty/instructor 的 offer，秋季学
期５学时的课，没提下半学期的安排（申请的时候是一学年的）。课都是我很熟的内容
，学校也是我最终想去的 (teaching 为主，有 master program, research 要求不高)
, 当然理想是 tenure-track position。 可如今财务紧张，不知道他们什么时候 能招
full-time faculty，虽然据他们系里的人说他们缺人。
现在犹豫是不是要辞了现在的工作，接受这个 offer。
当然从家庭角度来说，团聚是我们朝思暮想的。我们两个孩子，现在一人带一个。但 |

把向别的地方的申请资料给她看的。
结果9月她们学校出了一个postion, 我发信问过她觉得我是不是qualify to apply.
后来很顺利得到此学校的on campus interview. 感觉我和她们之前的接触是非常非常

1. You should study the job descripition very carefully, and know what the
skills this postion requires.
2. Prepare your resume, and your on-site interview with your skills to fit
the job description.
3. You should know your resume extremely well. Be prepared to answer
questions like "what do you do in the job/project", "what is your role", "
what is your accomplishment", etc. You should be very confident when
talking about your projects.
