不过基本上如果要吃到Phase I的这个比例的话，不吃蛋白粉确实很难达到。

500cal diet只吃午饭和晚饭， 每顿100g肉，一杯蔬菜， 一个水果， 一片20卡的
toast。
每天喝水3-4升。
头2-3天特难受，尤其是下午2-3点， 特别馋， 心惶惶的。
后面几天就上午10点多会饿，我吃半个水果， 下午饿就喝半杯咖啡。
过了一周， 好像已经适应了， 对平常food好像没感觉了， 就是比较怕冷。 我加了30
-40分钟的轻量运动。
今天是phase 2的第11天。
很明显的减肥速度慢下来了， 如果2-3天能减半磅， 应当不算平台期， 如果更慢，
可能就得从运动上加量。

不用反省啦，破功了不是依然成功了么？其实我喜欢你当时那种吃法，啥水果不吃的
phase1，实在是难受。像你这样不严格的atkins,自己调整，大多数时候在phase 2挺好
的。很多其他的diet其实都比较像atkins的phase 2. |

有几个问题想问问大家：
1. 关于新陈代谢率。 boboli和meimeiyi都指出照着我平时吃的，可能会导致基础代谢
率低。虽然google了一下但是还是不得要理。大家能展开说说看基础代谢率降低有什么
症状吗？后果？怎么解决？
2. 我原来跟着atkins phase 1吃，但是最近几周开始周末有所放松，主要是在喝酒上
。一般周六晚上喝24oz啤酒或者两杯红酒。当时看phase 1简介说在接近目标体重时可
以开始渐渐增加食物种类，我离目标体重还有15磅。现在不确定是否应该重新严格
phase 1, 忍倒是也能忍住；还是用phase 2; 或者直接low GI?

pleasanton 半马，一马平川还跑出了个比去年morgan hill还差的成绩。这是距离SFM
还有整整13个星期，索性再歇一个星期，然后搞了个12周训练计划。
我一向只follow训练计划的精神，具体的执行完全由自己胡乱制定。这次前六周只跑

相似的文章，有抄袭之嫌吗？俺一看，第一反应是一阵惊喜：出名的机会可来了！

“抄袭”的痕迹，可一看人家投稿时间，俺顿时泄气了，只能拿“英雄所见略同”

国科学院院士，有兴趣的可以去看他发在JBC上面的自传，JBC, Vol 280, 28829-47,
2005。他这片文章最后一块就是写到了他如何研究癌症预防的机理，发现只要Phase II
Enzyme可以被诱导，就可以起到对于癌症的预防作用，然后他们实验室建立起来很简
单的一套in vitro phase II enzyme assay体系，可以快速的大量筛选phase II
enzyme inducer，然后他们就在很多的蔬菜水果里面做分离，后来在broccoli里面分离
出来sulforaphane， 到现在为止发现的最强的phase II enzyme诱导剂，然后动物实验
临床实验，几乎所有的工作都是他们实验室作的，你如果跟踪去读这一系列的文献，会
觉得很有意思，从一个开始大家都不承认的癌症预防这个idea，一步步到现在变成一个
药物，而且现在癌症预防成了一个领域。他的这个发现也被评为 |

actually the 2nd phase. PhaseI also funded 5 sites, the goal was trying to
standardize the filed. But with so much money, most ppl from PhaseI just
took the money and did whatever they wanted. So PhaseI is not very
successful. (that's why only 2 sites from PhaseI got renewed to continue to

说的话都不一定是对的。
看了一批文章，总结这个故事最make sense。修改下不准确的地方。加reference。
细胞在G2的时候，由于各种因素造成DNA损坏（过氧化，辐射，端粒太短，某些致癌基
因表达导致SSB或者DSB等），引起P53表达，P53表达引起P21表达，P21的水平高到一定
程度就会把cyclin B1关进细胞核不出来【Krenning 2014】，加上其他P21影响的其他
途径（cdk1（次要）, RB（比前者重要）， 等）导致细胞跳过M，直接进入G1【Ye
2013, Johmura 2014】或者某些别的致癌基因表达，虽然没有DNA损坏，但是只要引起
DDR，也可以导致细胞跳过M，直接进入G1。或者，强制引起P53表达，或者强制P21表达
，或者什么别的原因导致细胞跳过M，直接进入G1
【Krenning 2014, Johmura 2014, Sussman 2014】。这样的细胞是4倍体，如果继续细

1. Detetor: ELSD就是个joke。直接pass。EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸),三羧
基乙二醇，没有Uv吸收峰，所以要用质谱. Infuse injection of the four compounds
respectively to choose proper m/z for monitoring.
2. 质谱可以handle的flow rate比 diaode array小，所以column size 2.1x10cm
3.四个化合物三个是酸，极性都很强，C18、和C8留不住他们，会在void的时间流出的。
SAX是离子交换柱，一般mobile phase要加较大浓度的盐溶液，不适合质谱检测。
PS-DVB看产品介绍是只是用来将polar化合物从nonpolar化合物中分离出来的，像是纯
化用的。column本身没有官能团，对polar化合物没有分离作用。
SiOH，是normal phase column。是个选择。不过正相柱对水分很敏感，repeatability
有时候不好，不建议用。
