，stat也要自己上。
phase IV的方法是比较灵活多样，但是从phase IV的nature看，大部分还是safety
followup，这就变成简单的summary了，比较无聊。
我觉得phase I-III和IV的一个很重要区别是regulation的力度。I-III都有定式，比较
routine，但也形成了独有的desire的经验，这些经验很难从phase IV里学到。
另一方面，phase IV现在还是比较乱，方法也更灵活，需要的统计模型什么的也比较难
从I-IIi取得经验
。但是技术方面的要补应该还是比较容易赶上的。

思路还是只能做到2-stage、3-stage，但是后者因为同时可以实现VVL，在性能方面的
收益更明显。到99年末Toyota和Porsche是大约同时推出了把进气门连续cam-phasing和
2-stage VVL（切换凸轮）都用上了的引擎，Toyota就是1.8L VVTL-i（2ZZ-GE），
Porsche是996 Turbo的VarioCam Plus。其实这个都是拿已有的技术结合起来，算不得
什么了不起的创新。作为高性能引擎，最后还是得看指标的，2ZZ-GE作为高转NA I4，
无论可比的性能指标，还是影响力，都和同时代出现的F20C没法比，尽管后者的VTEC还

OPK来抓准了排卵时间，或许知道你自己到底有没有排卵。这也能帮助你抓你确切的
luteal phase日子，每个人的luteal phase (排卵到月经之间的日子）基本上都是固定
的，而这个期间的长短决定你的子宫环境是否有利着床，一般至少10天，但是要12天以
上才算理想。10天或者更短叫做luteal phase defect, 受精卵着床了也没有足够的时
间发育。
我用OPK monitor加上另外的OPK来测自己排卵，抓到自己有些月份没有排卵，大龄的一
个问题就是不是每个月都排卵，另一个原因是PCOS。其次，我也抓到自己有luteal
phase defect, 每天进食B6 50mg,3个月后延长到12天左右。 |

他的trick就是phase I比较容易实现，用现有的东西拼一下就行
但那个不是真革命性的东西，Phase I的结果强调了所谓可行性，投资人以为马上就可
以赚大了，但Phase I其实和Phase II之间隔了巨大的技术鸿沟。当然前期投资的如果
退出了，那确实赚了，因为这时候公司估值很不同了，但被忽悠进长期投资的，我估计
就悲剧了。
自己搞start up的要学这点儿这个技巧

校了吧。。）。1.2一般就认为是top 50%了。Phase 3算是学生里的top 30%了。完成

我是做这方面的工程师，但是是做industry的，所以略知一二。
楼主所说的这种家用panel board属于single phase wall amount panel. voltage
level is 120V，the voltage is 120V across one pole circuit breaker and 240V
across two pole circuit breakers. 如果是three phase的话，voltage通常是480/
277.208/120, 两边分别代表线电压（line voltage)和相电压（phase voltage). 楼主
提到的矢量发通常就是用于计算三相电压的啦。 但是在single phase下我们很少提到
矢量这个概念了。 顺便提一下美国的高压输电，大家可能比较关心。 美国的输电电压
等级通常为500KV，230KV，115KV，63KV，12KV。 比中国差多了，现在中国都开始玩正
负800KV直流和1000KV交流输电了，美国就是个屁股。 哈哈 |

1.刺激奶阵
Phase 1是高频低力，刺激出奶阵。2分钟之后自动切换到Phase 2。
Phase 2是低频高力，深深地吸出刺激出来的奶。这个可以自己观察，在Phase 1和2之
间切换。
2.选择合适的shield和速度
标配是24cm的，可以选择大点的，27cm，30cm，36cm的
速度从低速vacuum起 |
