这样才能向House的Bill靠拢。
拉布拉多退出是真的不妙，让Bill过House可能性下降了，因为他成了挡箭牌。
但同时，Magnificant 7也表示现在她们没有大争议问题了，这周出不了Draft，但是很
快就会出了。有好过没有。有CIR好过Piece Meal。能上Conference，就有机会。
而且这个House CIR有Pathway to Citizenship，据说是15年而不是Senate的13年。但
只要Pathway to citizenship关键问题是写进去的，只要上了Conference 都可以谈。
所以出一个CIR很必要。不出一个很难办，Bonner不想直接投Senate CIR的。这时候拉
布拉多退出了，不然说实话，不知道多久才能墨迹出个Bill来，大家都知道就有不到三
个月的时间。

非法移民，因为他打算直接让让非移合法化。所以即使边境安全争议解决了，还有医保
问题。下面是华盛顿邮报周日的原文。地下室索男花了成千上万去办绿卡，交税。居然
有华裔利钵肉说强制让非法移民买保险“impose an insurmountable burden on them

citizenship的问题，
，如果只提边境安全先给老莫来个哑巴亏，老莫当然不会反对，马上提亲属名额；
，高科技移民和选票关系不大，共和党几个老家伙又不干，结果很可能是又开始拖
，所以共和党说的此移民问题非彼移民问题，混淆视听，没有解决问题的诚意。
所以，共和党必须提出和EO差不多的法案，而且还要赶快通过，因为EO一旦生效，他们
再斗其实什么也得不到，但这么短时间内立法那太难了。
所以O8这几张牌打得很好。现在不能指望立法，立法应该没有EO来的快，因为立法主要

非法移民问题有两个：
一个是现在在搞的DACA, DAPA,
还有一个是假如上面这些人全部拿到EAD，开始要准备有Pathway to Citizenship的时
候；
STEM绿卡实现之时应该是非法移民有Pathway to Citizenship的时候；
所有专业无条件拿绿卡的 政治筹码必须大于这个才可以实现。

The bill has definitely few good things specially on lines of ignoring
country caps, giving green cards filing ability in hands of beneficiary and
putting more emphasis on merits. However, the biggest drawback of the bill (
in its current form) is that it does not propose a clear pathway for the
high-skilled workers who have been waiting for a decade or more for their

Math pathway so that students are at least one year behind compared to the
previous pathway.
It was said that this is to lower the bar so that all students could catch
up.
Is it really that simple? Upon hearing this news, I believe a lot more
parents would start considering private schools. This is actually an
effective and harsh way to push students out of the public education system.
