通过委员会要看当事人的手段和关系。
通过行政一般走不通。
你说和学生谈恋爱的例子也不时绝对的，要看很多因素。当事人自己迫于压力
辞职是一回事；但是如果两边较劲，就不那么容易处理了。
我自己知道的真人真事，某男学霸公开对女AP说，除非你和我上床，否则别想
tenure。他讲话的意思实际是不会给她tenure，上床说是一个ignorant的
表达方式。女AP当然不这么理解，告到学校。学校说，你让他写下来，

I m no native speaker, so these are just suggestions.
Even if the remarks on the "Lab Rules" were for humorous intention, it
