，但州议会并未进行讨论与表决。根据法律规定，未讨论的法案在第二年的普选时交由
选民公投，也就是今年的 11/5。如果通过，将在 7/1/2015 实施。
法案要求所有经过基因改造的食品，或者含有基因改造成分的食品，都必须明确标示。
正方认为这是民众知的权利，反方认为这会提高食品价格，尤其对本州的中小企业不利。

发帖数: 4339 | 31 大分子照相相关的炸药奖加上这次的，已经发了14个了（见下表）。
之前主要是基于X衍射或者核磁共振的技术开发和应用，拍一些单分子的裸照。82，91
，02年颁给X衍射和核磁共振的技术开发，剩下11个的给了应用。
而冷冻电镜，这次算是第一个（可能是第二个），直接给了技术。用它可以看更加复杂
、分子量更大的大分子复合体。这些大个头的结构当然更有复杂也更有意思。
这个技术开启了一个新时代，细胞里重要的复合体实在太多。接下来可能拿奖的那就是
：真核细胞的细胞核通道复合体；一一公搞的剪接体（这个结构无论在生命进化和疾病
相关都非常的重要）；G蛋白偶联受体（跟N多疾病有关）等等。
彦宁的工作好像确实没有什么希望，葡萄糖转运蛋白跟上面这些不是一个量级的。

大学的同事说。
240多天后，让他一战成名、发表在国际期刊《自然-生物技术》的论文由韩春雨团
队主动申请撤回。那一天是2017年8月3日。在撤稿声明中，韩春雨团队写道：“我们会
继续调查该研究缺乏可重复性的原因，以提供一个优化的实验方案。”同日，韩春雨所
在的河北科技大学表示：“决定启动对韩春雨该项研究成果的学术评议及相关程序。”
撤稿，不是这一学术事件的句号。但自此之后，韩春雨与期刊之间、与国内外无一
例外无法重复他实验的科学家同行之间、与媒体之间，被他称为有输赢之分的较量，进

标 题: 请教大家做genome research的病人样本量问题

最近计划要开始做一个project是用几个deep sequencing方法来检测一种先天遗传疾病
（已被辨认是由一个控制染色体重构的单基因突变造成的）的基因组层面的缺陷（包括
甲基化，乙酰化，长距离转录等等）， 刚从其他搞临床的实验室获得了三个不同病人
（分别具有该基因的不同突变位点）的细胞样品。
这几天阅读了几篇发表在genome research和Nucleic Acids Research的几篇类似的文
章发现这些工作都测了大概几十个病人的样品。一方面由于我们实验室是一个basic
research lab，无法获得更多的人类临床样本，另外一方面目前的funding也不能支持
做太多样品的deep sequencing。

associated with the nucleic acid as well. You can do this with 0.5 M or
higher NaCl, or wash the pellet afterwards, to decrease the protein-DNA
interaction, but some proteins will remain in the pellet.
