发帖数: 42149 | 20 到昨天为止，去年五月十七日发生在卑诗省东南部的一废弃煤矿的矿难事件的事故原因
已基本查明。
该Sullivan煤矿位于卑诗省东南部，此次矿难导致了四人死亡，其中两人是煤矿工
人，另外两人是试图营救他们的两名救护人员。
该煤矿监察员Doug Erickson是第一个遇害的。在他进入矿中两天后仍旧没有任何
音训的情况下，他的妻子赶紧报了警。之后Bob Newcombe下矿寻找失踪的Erickson，当
他发现了溺水身亡的Erickson之后，他立即拨打了911，但在之后他也失去了联系。
此后试图进入矿中营救的Kim Weitzel and Shawn Currier也因氧气不足窒息而死。
在昨天公布的事故调查结果中，两大关键点成为此次矿难的原因所在。
一是矿中的氧气不足，这是其中两名营救人员遇险的致命之处。
二是营救人员井下作业的经验不足。
但该公司虽然在安全设施上面存在一定漏洞，但由于和此事件之间并没有直接的因
果关系，所以将免受制裁。
该公司目前已经表示将会对所有的员工进行井下安全教育，以防止类似的事情再次
发生。
