[April 12, 2000] XML Base Architectures in SP. Steven R. Newcomb (TechnoTeacher) recently
reported [quietly] on the availability of support for XML Base Architectures in James Clark's SP. "You can
now use SP to validate the conformance of XML documents to base architectures (meta-DTDs).
TechnoTeacher has created a version of SP with full industrial-strength support for the alternative
