like sprott is NOT gonna give a sudden drop in pressure - leak maybe, but

The transplant kidney I did in the early afternoon bled a little on the
first pass, I used an 18 gauge Temno needle, but path on site wanted another
specimen. I took another one and dark blood was just gushing out from the
trocar needle, and I had to put gelfoam. Luckily bleeding stopped and post
procedure images showed no bleed. Wish path could be satisfied with one 18
gauge
core specimen. :p |

发帖数: 577 | 12 赞！好详细啊。OM我感觉是最严格按照protocol办事的科室，而且去办事效率很高，等
待时间一般都很短。
我们医院在几个细节上有点小区别：
1.Source patient好像不需要written consent，如果inpatient病人有血样在化验室，
OM直接可以检测HIV/HBV/HCV。现在HIV化验的paperwork似乎比以前松很多，在ER里
verbal consent就可以了
2.HCV我们这里f/u一年就可以了。
在floor出了needle stick，如果不了解流程，我觉得主要还是靠自己。首先，你不一
定会告诉上司，虽然上司知道了一般都会让你去OM的。其次，绝对不能指望护士，他们
躲得比谁都快，有时还会说用水冲冲就可以了，然后给你一个轻蔑的眼神。在OR里出了
needle stick，上司直接把你踢出去，叫你去OM。

思想斗争改来改去了一两个礼拜，找了一个whiteflash 的 ACA， whiteflash上5颗星星
的。F, VVS2, 0.8 carat, three stone setting. 加上旁边两颗stone (0.25 each, A
CA ideal, F/G, VS) 和setting 差不多7000， 觉得价格还挺可以。用了pricescope
discount, 用了$100 discount. 算是跟信用卡公司和Whiteflash 都确认了。8过要5月
才能收到了。
在BN 和 whiteflash 找预算内的，找不到 HCA 各项都是excellent的。现在这个算出
来小于2，light return 是 excellent 也就认了。cut, poslish, symmetry 都是AGS
ideal. 这颗很好的地方，虽然号称VVS2, 但是inclusion 只有一点点 pin 和 needle,
我在AGS report 都找不到在哪儿。

户外活动就剩下滑雪了，别的都受很大限制。摄影也不是好时候，很多地方不能去，还
有光的质量不行了。一般早上8点多天才亮，下午4点天就黑了，转变的时候难见太阳光
，都是乌突突的云。
国家公园方面，Mt Rainier只有一条路开放，周末可以开到Paradise。Olympic的温带
雨林和Hurrican Ridge还开着，西边的海岸都开放。North Cascades基本上没法去了。
冬季还有一些看鸟，看大角羊，看三文鱼回游的机会，这些要仔细查证日期，我一时也
说不出。

are in the pen. hehe. some mms like the needle to be as thin as possible,
like 30 gauge. but i found 30, 29, 28 not much different. even 27 is
manageable.

1. 乱扎。这个跟针灸无关对吧？
2. 扎不破皮。你这是什么针灸理论？针要刺激深部组织的经络，不破皮也
可以？那为啥要扎破皮？为啥这么多年的针灸都是扎破皮的？
3. 扎其他穴位也能有效显然说明跟具体穴位无关，或者选错了穴位。
你别抬杠了，这东西都是老中医，针灸专家设计的实验。什么部位怎么搞是
sham，人家不比你清楚？你说你经络理论有没有扎着无效的地方？有没有扎
着没用的扎法？如果针灸理疗能够找出个无效的穴位，为啥人家不用那个无
效的穴位做sham？要是能找到不就证明了针灸有效吗？问题就是根据针灸理
疗找出来的sham跟真的扎针没多少区别。反过来也一样，你个随便扎哪里怎
么扎都没啥区别。

发帖数: 5892 | 26 周四，安省西南部的Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital医院称，医院发生医疗事故，一名女子被误做了乳房切除手术。
据悉，女子于去年秋季做的手术，当时的院长是Art Kidd。周四，Kidd在新闻发布会上称，Barbara Heartwell医生承认自己看错了针吸活检(needle biopsy)结果，误认为女子换上了乳癌，致使女子被切掉了乳房。
院方称，在温莎地区(Windsor area)，Heartwell医生成功诊治了数千名乳癌病人。
被问及在该案中医院是否有错，Kidd称，没有证据证明这一点，这是一起个人的人为错误。Kidd称，Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital医院已经展开内部调查，并联系了自己的律师和投保公司。
医院女发言人Kim Spirou称，该案中的女病人在误诊后从来没有联系过医院。“她(女病人)将事情告诉一名记者后，我们才在当地的媒体报道上了解到这起事故。”
医院将继续联系女子，如果女子需要做任何进一步的手术，医院将提供意见和帮助，但目前院方还没有提出任何经济补偿。

上次那一集登出后，勾起了许多老网民的回忆，用星光大侠的话来说，就是“当年的潜
水艇们纷纷露出水面来了”。 时隔这么多年，很多当年的水军居然对那些旧事如数家
珍，让我吃惊。 西恩地的网友们把上次那两张照片上的人差不多都给认出来了。 有些
年轻MM们看后有点失望，说那两张照片上居然看不出有谁比韩寒更帅。 其实当年的网
络帅哥还真不少，一点也不亚于今天的帅哥。 例如全世界第一个中文网络诗人诗阳，
就比韩寒更帅。 下面是他的当年的青涩照：
MM们看仔细了，如果他跟韩寒那样请个团队好好包装一下，难道不比韩寒更帅吗？ 他
跟赵薇是老乡，1963年出生的，在美国拿到博士学位。 据说后来他去北加州了。 他跟

言归正传。 最早的中文网络刊物是西恩地（《华夏文摘》）。 西恩地有编辑，有技术
顾问，虽然这些人都是业余自愿服务者，但出版过程还是严格把关的，所以文章的质量
是很高的。 而且文字经过审稿、编辑，把错别字、病句改了，读起来确实是一种享受
