工具能搞定的. 我试过很多牌子,sears crap man的工具其实很垃圾,稍微扭矩大一点套
筒就会碎,我拧碎了几个之后就彻底扔掉了.事实上walmart卖的stanley的工具质量非常
好,而且价钱便宜.我至今还在用7年前买的一套40多pcs的stanley. 另外一般这些set给
你的主要都是3/8"的套筒和扳子,有些有1/2"的扳子也特别短根本干不了啥活.我的1/2"
的工具都是一个套筒一个套筒单独买的,虽然贵但是确实结实.
你买多少pcs的工具包其实根本就没啥用,修过几次你就知道,一个200pcs里面真正有用
的也就那么20件,其余的都是给你锻炼身体用的.里面一半的SAE套筒,除非你修美国老爷
车否则八百年也用不上.
我感觉工具的多样性是最重要的,比如box end wrench就得有各种,包括那种死的,带正
反棘轮的,还有脖子能动的.很多时候某些比较tricky的位置得用各种combination.钳子

太长了，然后一个串存不下，变成存个数组里， 把他们concatenate 以后就是

complicated procedure, but does has some tricks, like how deep the needle
goes in, where the needle enter and so on.
The training of PCP varies by programs in US. Some PCPs will do that for you
, others won't, depending on how much they are trained, and how confident
they are. Can you imagine some PCPs do OB's work, delivering baby. |

不知道这两种是否一样。
在BD网站上查只有后面一种，但是也有很多网站在卖前面一种，并且价格比后一种便宜

些原因,想转去另外一家在乳腺疾病方面更加专业的医院检查或者继续后面的治疗。如
果保险没有问题，自己直接去约另外的专科医生提出继续检查可以么？
第一家检查的医院的B超结果没有给我，这个需要我后面的医生去要，还是我自己找第
一家医院要呢？
另外想请教下大家，在第一家医院检查时发现有些奇怪的地方，不知道怎么办？
1：第一家医院在乳腺b超时，只检查我说有明显疼痛的局部部位，其他乳腺部位居然不
查，更不要说淋巴结或者腋下，这种情况在美国正常么？
2：因为考虑打算怀孕，不想做钼靶成像，但是该医院要求下次去之前做怀孕测试，如
果没有怀，还是要做这个钼靶检查，哪怕我可能检查完后很短时间就准备怀孕。我这种
情况能要求不做钼靶，改做MRI么？
3：第一家医院在B超检查完毕后开出下次检查单子，单子中要求先做完钼靶，再做cyst
aspiration，如果cyst aspiration失败，再做breast needle biospy。 如果这次B超

2. 开始能够正确地认识一些颜色（不再是胡说）。如白色，黄色，绿色，红色。
3. 仍然分不清“你”和“我”；但是能正确应用“我们”、“他”。
4. 开始教娃区分左右。他能分清自己的左右，但是弄不清别人的左右——尤其是当我们面对面的时候。所以经常confused。
5. 乘法口诀背到“五九四十五”。
6. 几个月前开始训练cleanup的习惯，初步见效。有时候（尽管不多）会比较自觉地收拾。
7. 生日宴会上开party，吃了一个Thomas的生日蛋糕，N多小朋友来家里吃饭。不管其他小朋友怎么玩闹，小贝安安静静的从头吃到尾，不用喂不用催不用理。感想：小孩子的良好吃饭习惯真是值得培养的。早建立的好习惯，日后省事很多。

什么叫tourist trap,就是其实没什么好玩，没什么特别，但去的人还特多，绝大多数
人去的最主要的原因就是别人都去，所以去一下显示自己去过了。
以下是我觉得最无聊的，欢迎补充。

佛罗里达南部的一些小岛。Key West本身算不上差，但从迈阿密开车4个多小时就为了
去那些其实很一般的热带岛，甚至有人因为旅馆昂贵当天赶回，在时间和精力上是非常
的不值得。Key West的景色本身没多少独特性，就因为其地理位置所以很多人冬天喜欢
赶过去。当然不当天赶回在那里花200块住一晚也很不值。

Ebola相关生化药股也在爆涨中。

第一站 Canyonlands NP下午三四点了，日落是5点多一点，就在 Island in the sky
随便转了转就天黑了。Canyonlands 分三个部分：Island in the Sky, The Needles,
and the Maze。大部分
游客选择去Island in the Sky, 因为其离Arches 近；少部分游客去Needles因其风景
好，几乎没有人去Maze因为太偏远。
这个是原定的计划：
I-70----191----313，直接开到路的尽头Grand View Point Overlook，稍作停留后往
回开，路过Buck Canyon Overlook, Candlestick Tower Overlook, 然后拐到去
Upheaval Dome 的路上，路过Green River Overlook，在路的尽头，作0.5mile 的
hiking，开车返回，在Mesa Arch 作0.5 mile的hiking, 最后在Shaf |

Following more snow Thursday-Saturday, most ascents failed on Saturday and
Sunday. By Monday Challenger was climbable. From Sunday on every day has
been sunny and warm (55ish at 14k).
As of yesterday:
* North of Mount Adams, no snow at all is visible on the Sangre 13ers.
* From Adams down to Crestone Needle, there is some snow still on north
slopes. South slopes do not appear to have any visible snow from the valley.

不会太冷？有没有park不开？谢谢
考古所得：
Mt. Rushmore公园里头的30分钟的tour还是值得听一听的. 听完了, 最好是原路返回。
Rushmore 下午逆光，所以最好上午去Rushmore。
Option 1: Wind cave (candle tour, two groups/day, 10 people/group-3 hours),
or Jewel Cave tour(?)
Option 2: Custer State Park, 从Mt. Rushmore出来后, 经244, 87到Custer State
Park, 过了needle's eye就没有太多有特色的景点了。不想开山路的, 可以从needle's
eye原路返回. 想看野生buffalo的, 打听打听它们在哪里。（Someone said wind
cave巨没意思）
Option 3: Badlands national park-很美的相片的话, 可以把时间安排在sunrise, 和

标 题: 美国五大最无聊的tourist trap

什么叫tourist trap,就是其实没什么好玩，没什么特别，但去的人还特多，绝大多数
人去的最主要的原因就是别人都去，所以去一下显示自己去过了。
以下是我觉得最无聊的，欢迎补充。
5) Key West
佛罗里达南部的一些小岛。Key West本身算不上差，但从迈阿密开车4个多小时就为了
去那些其实很一般的热带岛，甚至有人因为旅馆昂贵当天赶回，在时间和精力上是非常
的不值得。Key West的景色本身没多少独特性，就因为其地理位置所以很多人冬天喜欢
赶过去。当然不当天赶回在那里花200块住一晚也很不值。
4）Space Needle
Space Needle修建的本意就是为了吸引游客，但这个塔本身完全没什么好看的，高度其
实很矮，附近也乱糟糟就像个廉价的游乐场。你如果花钱坐上去之后第一感觉就是“就

keywest还去了俩回，算上keylargo就三回了，
还去过多伦多的电视塔，还好去过后没再去Space Needle，算是加拿大的trap |

前者真没啥可看，多伦多的夜景实在一般
那个塔唯一能宣传的就是那个玻璃地板，据说对准恐高的人很有挑战
space needle好歹是个看日落的好地方，上面的餐厅也是个ｄａｔｅ的好地方 |

Topock Gorge属于科罗拉多河下游的平缓流段，在漂流中定级为一级静水，难度小, 风
景苍凉壮美，有小大峡谷之称。目前天气条件完美，还有北风可以助力顺流而下，适合
广大Kayak爱好者和Rafting初学者
目前needles地区高温80，低温50左右，大约白天fleece/tshirt
晚上fleece+外套
要求：
会游泳，有生活自理能力。有kayak经验优先
