判入狱16年，因其试图从一个秘密网站购买蓖麻毒素用作“安乐死药丸”出售。
22岁的程乐（Cheng Le，音译）在曼哈顿由美国地区法官Alison Nathan宣判处刑；陪
审团去年8月认定程乐有罪，罪名包括试图以生物毒素作为武器使用。
Nathan表示，程乐通过复杂手段犯下“恐怖、严重和非常令人吃惊的罪行”，应被严判
。程乐在纽约大学就读物理学专业，但提前离开了学校。
“他使用Dark Web获取蓖麻毒素，”Nathan说道。
程乐在法庭上表示计划上诉，但称每天都会想到自己的所作所为。

自美国总统特朗普年初上任，并宣布要重新谈判已经存在了23年的北美自由贸易协定（
NAFTA）以来，4轮谈判至今，美国、加拿大、墨西哥三方依旧深陷谈判僵局。
在10月13日~17日的最新一轮谈判中，三方依旧各执一词。比如，美方代表要求限制牛
奶产量，同时要求汽车制造使用的零配件必须有50%是“美国制造”；加拿大方面拒绝
认可牛奶限产的要求；墨西哥方面则不赞成汽车零配件产地配额的提法。
而在NAFTA协定中，无论是经济体量还是重要性都占据绝对优势的美国，更是希望根据
特朗普政府的“美国优先”原则对协定本身进行重大改革。因此，在“各说各话”的
NAFTA谈判中，此前美加墨三方约定的年底前完成升级的目标恐难实现。
