今天孩子早上起来头疼，腿无力，腋温98.9，发烧，还说dizzy，每天晚上入睡都比较
难，关灯后40多分钟才能睡着。符合网站side effects, 网站说副作用一般是药物过量
的结果。给医生的助手护士打了电话（没机会跟医生通话），护士不认为是药物的副作
用，还说这个药不会引起fever，可网站上说过。护士说因为最近吃药后6周查血TSH T4
的结果很好，所以不认为需要调节药物剂量。 我还是比较担心。因为孩子以前不会头
疼的。

最近在上mood disorder，现学现卖了，说得不对的地方专家们指出哈：）
统计显示有50%的抑郁症患者从来没看过医生，要不不知道自己患病，或知道因为没保
险而不去看
那些被诊断为抑郁症的，只有25%的人吃非处方药、参加therapy或看心理医生
抑郁症的病因不明，有基因的因素，有环境的因素，也有其它因素，也有可能什么
trigger也没有，人就抑郁了。
别的版灌水的很多人说是那个自杀的同胞的老板太mean了，太严了，等等造成那人自杀
，不一定，抑郁症和头疼感冒拉肚子一样，都是身体的某个环节不好好工作了，如果一
个人的身体功能是健全的，就能有足够的能力去处理这些压力，就像身体通常情况可以
抵抗感冒病毒。一旦这些功能出了问题，遇到压力或其它诱因时才会诱发抑郁。治疗抑

根据子女教育中“羊妈”与“虎妈”的概念，我所在跑步俱乐部蓝绿队的主教练Mike就
是“羊教练”，而ATP队的主教练Mark就是“虎教练”。这两位教练都是有各自专业的
专业人士，跑步只是他们的爱好而已；他们都是非常热心和友好的人，义务为跑步爱好
者提供训练指导。这两位主教练都曾经跑过波士顿马拉松（波马），有多年的跑马拉松
经历。对我即将参加的波马，羊教练Mike的嘱咐是“相信你的训练”、“不管成绩如何
，尽力了，就是好”。听他说得最多的是“have fun”、“enjoy the experience”。
而虎教练Mark嘱咐得最多的是“PR”、“PR”、“PR”（注：个人最好成绩）。
我对这两位主教练都心存感激，只是更喜欢羊教练Mike的训练计划和指导方法。在过去
1年多里参加Mike主领的蓝绿队训练时，除了旅行、出差、或特殊天气状况，我基本上

to leave poker and play some blackjack to get it back. I am a card counter ,
but when I was in bad mood, I tend to play less optimally in BJ as well,
like bet big when the count is only +2 ,or +3, instead of waiting for better
spot.
Guess we should just stay away from any form of gambling when we are in
bad mood for any reason. When we had a bad session in poker, maybe we should
