现在主流媒体开始自打嘴巴，承认U6更准些，也就是10%.
trump的42%来自一个经济学家，他用的分母是劳工部给的working hours的总合。他给
的分子是所有18岁以上的人，或者说潜在劳动者。这个公式的好处是：用working
hours把很多part time工作计算更准。不准确的地方是不是所有潜在劳动者都是劳动力
的，比如学生，或者成人的full time student。
现在媒体不肯承认的是，part time工作不能算成完整的employment。因为美国经济衰
退，让很多公司裁员，然后雇佣很多part time工人，这样可以减少福利开支。
我的观点是，真正的失业率应该在10%到40%之间。
这也可以算trump的另外一项功劳，戳穿了employment rate这个谎言。长期以来，当权
者为了维稳，搞了个misleading的employment rate算法。在野党如果说百分之十几是
不会引起社会关注的。当trump宣称40%以后，主流梅体开始擦屁股了。一擦就使一屁股

弃自己的律师执照。The public defender exists to represent criminal
defendants. If someone is unwilling to do that, they need to get into a
different line of work. 作为律师，她必须为自己的客户争取最大利益。
美版里这种misleading的文章盛行，而又没有人出来更正或管理，才造成美版今天川粉

misleading information. Maybe it is not misleading at all, but who knows,
the outcome is it changes people's BEHAVIOR.
First people stampede for W8, then dsb comes out saying all bad words about

先说amzn的录取比例。我看了一下过去一年的，SDE 1，2，3从简历到最后接受offer的
比例是3-4%。 onsite -> offer比例30%， 最后有大概60%的人接受。SDE1接受offer的

今年我妈住了两次院。现在我看， 好像都不是非住院不可的毛病。但医院从利益出发
，轻易建议住院, 过度治疗， 病人结果适得其反。
第一次是年初。一天早晨我妈起床上厕所，不知怎么就摔倒在床边，短暂昏迷。我爸随
后扶她去了医院。诊断是脑梗，收住院，点滴稀释血液的药， 同时点滴所谓有营养功
能的中药制剂。最多的时候，一天里输液有七种药品。我妈本来血压还不大高，输了几
天液，血压就高上去了， 腿走路都没劲了。她以前做过核磁共振， 当时大夫说，那结
果，不要说是六十多岁的人的，就算是四十多岁的人，都算正常。这次住院又作了核磁
共振，和一两年前比较，并无大变化，但脑梗的诊断不变。每次我妈抱怨不舒服，大夫
就再给加一种药输液。后来我妈实在受不了了，说，“走着进的医院， 住了几天，反
倒不能走路了”。终于在两个多星期后坚持出院。回家后， 不用那些药， 血压又正常

按国籍法第五条，你的孩子有中国国籍。
然后你们拿绿卡了并不代表孩子中国国籍
的自动丧失。按国籍法第十四条规定：
“中国国籍的取得、丧失和恢复，除第九条规定的以外，
必须办理申请手续。未满十八周岁的人，可由其父母或
其他法定代理人代为办理申请。”
所以如果可能请为你的孩子申请旅行证而不是回国的
签证。如果签证，以后我国政府可能说申请签证就相当
于丧失中国国籍的申请手续。
另外国籍法第十七条：
第十七条本法公布前，已经取得中国国籍的或已经丧
失中国国籍的，继续有效。

QuantiFERON-TB Gold In-Tube Test is a low sensitivity test. it only detects
about 90% active TB infection. in addition, all QuantiFeron tests are only
validated in adults. results in 17 yo or younger cannot be properly
interpreted.
