高了平均。中位数更能说明情况。

的20.8%。
20.8%才是正确的答案，这个2.76%完全是误导。
什么叫misleading，这就是。你第一次到美国时，这个词不会忘记吧，在你签字的每一
处都提醒不要这么干。

知不觉被洗脑的感觉。
你要challenge这个事情，只能challenge中国关于中共不容颠覆的宪法。而中国的中共
一党专政纳入宪法，在当时绝对是给予人数民主的结果。至于现在是否还能反映大多数
的民意，值得讨论。但宪法的改变，不是那么容易的事情。要慢慢来。

Most of the stockpiles are just self made. China's demestic grain market is
somewhat isolated from outside.
China may import some grains but the amount should not have this big impact
