Jimmy居然说我们没有这个财力打这个官司，很有“此地无银三百两”。如果大家真正
学到美国商业文化的negotiation真谛，打官司才是最有效和快捷的
1） 首先这个会是class legal proceeding，其次这个才是最有力的扩大影响力的
手段，进入legal，就会有调查，取证，所有的程序都公开透明了，到底谁是幕后策划
者，这个一旦抖搂出来，是对公司最大的伤害，名誉上的，市场上的最后到财务上的。
所有调查取证的人都不能misleading ，必须实话实说，management 其实非常紧张的，
每个公司其实都有各种各样的猫腻，上市公司最怕的也是legal action
2） 其实官司打到最后，走的程序都是settle，所有的公司都希望早早结束，以最
小的代价去避免更大的损失，所以基本不可能有我们这方输得可能性

历史，为希腊民主制度整容。
这里介绍一下一下何新对此问题的看法。老何说：
这篇文章揭露的根本不够。西方近代资本主义文明的根，本来就不是希腊的宗教文化而
是犹太的宗教和金钱崇拜文化。这方面可以看两个犹太学者韦伯（论证过新教的希伯来
渊源）与波普（曾经大骂希腊文明）的书。中国自由主义很膜拜这两个犹太自由主义学
者，但是看来对他们的书没有认真地读。
原生希腊人是黑头发黑眼睛的人种，与古埃及人（黄种人）接近。而与北欧那种黄头发
、蓝眼睛、满身长毛的哥特——日耳曼——盎格鲁撒克逊人根本不搭界。
事实上，古希腊人与古代罗马人都认为北欧、西欧那些白色人是没有进入文明的野蛮人
——蛮族。而就是这些希腊罗马人眼中的“蛮族”，在种族上才是现代西方多数欧美人
的祖宗。
老何说，希腊有很多城邦，多数不实行城邦“民主”制度。
雅典的城邦民主是保留氏族血缘社会时代氏族民主的残余——不是什么先进制度。中国

The chart included in that study is deliberately misleading.
For smoking rate, it used a straight line to indicate overall trend from
1950-2000. For Aerosol, it uses a year over year change curve. If you draw
a straight trend line for the Aerosol, it's rate of increase isn't much
higher than the smoking rate.
If you take the period where Aerosol increase was the steepest (1970-1980),
the smoking rate also exhibited the same type of increase during the same
