订一个family plan
我问两个是不是都可以同时要，他说可以。但后来网站不让我加value plan，他就让我
加classic plan，和一个20块/line的data service （因为smart phone必须要有data
fee），他说activate的时候可以改。当时我完全不知道还有“migration fee”这回事
。他也没提。后来才知道这两个offer是exclusive的，就是为什么我一开始无法add value package。

最近回去的人的情况，如云老师所说，绝大多数都有2cns，如果只有一篇cns，那基本
上还有>2的子刊。这个不仅仅局限于胖老师经常说的结构生物学，而是所有方向都基本
如此。
当然这些新回去的绝大部分都是千青（有些不是的是因为回去那一年千青还没开始）。
网页上的Title有的是教授，有的是研究员，估计当时还没有统一。但校内一律都是副
教授，也就是相当于这边的AP。我还特地打听了一下，国内的TT制度好像没有Tenured
Associate这一档，清华5年考核通过了就是正经的full professor。
有些老师看不上国内的科研，我就仅列出两位回国后的publication，咱就不说颜宁等
这种Early T的个例了。说两个没太有名气的，还没有评上T的，各位老师可以参考一下
，看看自己有没有别人这么productive。

拿到offer，然后开始了漫长的谈判，昨天终于签字。上来share一下面经。
2年前面过google，职位不喜欢，把它拒了。因为他们有记录，所以这次只安排了4人面
试。
第一个是老美，先问了一些简单问题，比如怎么判断一个32 bit是big endian 还是
small endian等等。最后出了一道算法题，也很容易，给定K个sorted array，要求输
出一个大的sorted array。简单的merge sort就解决了。不过merge sort 要求每次K个
array中，最小的element。简单的当然是scan这K个array。我提出可以把K个array的当
前element放入Heap structure，这样每次搜索就从O(K)降低到O(logK)。最后写了个程
序。
第二个是老中。也是先问了一些简单问题，然后让我设计一个分布式文件系统，给定

我想先简单的讲五个观点，然后有更多讨论。首先阿里巴巴从1999年创业到今天，13年
下来，我们既兴奋、又担心，兴奋在哪些？因为电子商务在中国刚刚开始，未来太让人
兴奋，它有太多的成长，太多的空间。担心在哪儿，也是因为我们走了13年，这个行业
才刚刚开始，有太多创新的压力，这个行业还有不断的新模式、新公司、新团队，不断
的涌现出来。对阿里巴巴来说，这样持续的压力是我们实际上每天都在认真思考，非常
辛苦的去应对的巨大挑战。
为什么说中国的电子商务刚刚开始？我想讲两个重要的观点。
第一，电子商务不仅仅是Online Sales，不仅仅是网络零售，现在大部分人讲的电
子商务就是开一个网站卖东西，这个是极大的低谷了电子商务未来的这样一个发展空间
，互联网作为一场技术革命。
它首先改变的是广告这个市场，Google在Search到Pay for Performance(p4p)这样
的商业模式，根本上改变了广告的传统商业模式，广告从原来比较倾向于Branding的这
样一个Value Proposition ，转向了一个可以去Measuse的精准营销平台，所以Google
