真是喜欢得不得了，以前接触过C# web form啥的，发现django太牛逼了，直接横扫C#
那一堆。
后来公司有些ruby scripts,又了解了一下ruby,也顺势了解了一下rails,现在开始
prefer rails over django.
rails advantages:
- bundle install
非常喜欢这个feature, sync code到一台新机器，只要一行 command line,you are
all set. python 有 pip -r requirements.txt 但是感觉还是没有 bundle 和 rails
结合的这么 seamless, 比如你没有 bundle install , rails server 就会fail.
- rails 把 development, test, production configuration都给弄好了，还是省了不

所有流行的应用）。Windows server distinguish自己的地方是方便（out-of-box
experience),易管理，快速的支持关键的新技术，完整的测试和支持。
Windows server 2012卖的非常好，相对于消费者市场的打脸，可以说是巨大成功。连

There is no clinically available migration/metastasis inhibitor.
There are quite some research efforts trying to figure out what causes
cancer cells to metastasize. No real answer has been found yet (A lot of
molecules are involved.) For research, as the last time I did a literature
survey, there is no cancer cell (even for a specific cancer type) specific
migration inhibitor.

它的protein level下降了，但它其它的磷酸化形式都没有变化（WB结果）。根据其它
的条件，实验中的cell migration应该增加，但我查了很多文献，几乎所有的
reference都说这个non-receptor tyrosine kinase的protein level下降的话是因为
cell migration减少。
难道是我的观察有误吗？但实验重复来重复去，结果都高度一致，真是想不通啊！上来

你上面说的间接关系是有可能的。就是说hypoxia导致肿瘤细胞migrate out of solid
tissue来获取养料，从而导致metastasis。但是这需要证据。最简单的，比如做个
migration assay，一边hypoxia，一边normaxia，然后看细胞是否向normaxia方向
migrate。当然这个实际操作上有些困难，最主要是现在的各种膜都是对oxygen自由通
透的。无法形成oxygen的梯度。
另外想办法的话，可以复杂点，直接做animal model。不是有VEGF inhibitor嘛。把肿
瘤细胞标记上luciferase之类的，然后打到老鼠里面。长到一定大小之后定期打
inhibitor，观察metastasis的差别。但是这也有技术问题。主要是现在的metastasis
没有特别好的model。皮下打的肿瘤，多数都不会自发地metastasis。所以可能需要做
些前期工作来找一个比较容易metastasis的cell line。 |

Expanding oversea is a modern concept. Also it was hard to collect
land tax from oversea. But losing peasants because of migration to
