lamellipodia
但是有些文章中出现ruffle这个概念，好像也是在leading edge上出现的一种结构，不
知道它和上面那些结构是什么关系

很多的signaling molecules和各式各样能跟cytoskeleton扯上关系的蛋白聚集……

直接这么套用，但是，大部分membrane ruffling 是在leading edge 上。
这种结构在正常和病态下都可能出现，就是细胞对外界反应比较激烈的时候的表现。
