,近年在中国教会有人推动灵修神学,深受一般欢迎。可是,灵修神学是正途吗?有危
险吗?
「灵修神学」这个名字翻译得妙极了。可是,这个名字的英文是「Mystical Theology
或 Christian Mysticism」,直接的翻译是:基督教奥秘宗、密宗、或神秘宗,因为灵
修神学不过就是天主教中世纪修道院中的修士的神秘操练。
其中重要人物有圣方济(Francis of Assissi)、大兰德(Teresa of Avila)、十字
架的约翰(John the Cross)、罗伦斯弟兄(Brother Lawrence)、梅顿(Thomas

that is the point I am arguing, because I think all the concepts are
generated by human beings. and when human beings are contacted with
these concepts, some recognition/identification will arise, and now

佛法主要是认识的人本身怎么认识世界的,佛法最根本的就是说苦,怎么灭苦,苦灭的
状态就是涅磐。佛法不是以实证和逻辑体系为本的。佛法说我们的一切认识,情绪,看
法,观点都是因为十二因缘(conditioned origination),我们和这个世界的关系,和周
围的人关系,包括我们的生死轮回。
佛法是一种真实的修止观,尤其是修观体验的表述,直接可操作的告诉人们怎么灭苦,
灭贪嗔痴这些defilements。佛法的目的是涅磐,就是和识缘明色对立的,或者说完全
unconditioned的一种reality,其实是一种在meditation中达到的意识状态。这种意识
状态一旦达到,就是irreversible的,就是慧的最极致的状态。
自然科学即使是神经心理学,认知科学,神经科学,都是以研究对象为本的,采用一定
的方法搞明白这些研究对象的一些性质或者机制。至于什么物理,IT就更是以物质本身
做为研究对象了。也就是external的一些研究对象。我们研究这些东西的时候,依靠的
还是人的意识和认知本身。

I accepted some principles in Buddhism, and also some explanations of
meditation, which I believe is practicable.
In the future even I get some improvements both in my theoretical and
meditative learning, I will still happily take Buddhism as a religion.

不是幻想,是一种真实的修行meditation的体验。
你也可以说是度河之船,修行的最终目的确实是解脱,涅磐。但是能今生证阿罗汉其实
很难的。就是说你基本得到涅磐的可能很小。
人生确实就是修行,每件事都是。但是生活里的修行和佛说的那个修行差距很大很大。
如果学佛,必须实修的,就是meditation修止观。
听闻佛法,亲近善知识也可以在学佛上长进的,但是最终的路只有一条就是修观,否则
绝对不可能证果的。
实修的成果可以直接影响你生活里的一言一行,甚至你的很多情绪反应,和做事情习惯
的。而且其作用非常之巨大。
所以一定要实修才叫学佛。 |

Meditation can help us keep mindful in our daily life, disattach to whatever
is happening.
If do not know how to keep mindful, the alternative is transferring
our focus onto other objects, which can make us more concentrated,
an interesting thing.

me overnight have also done so and enjoyed it. The natural sounds don't
distract much; artificial sounds are more distracting ('Who is calling me on
my iphone?' is distracting)
It's nice when:
* There are no ants, spiders, flies, etc. hitting on you. We have tried to
meditate in a park once, and it didn't work well because bugs find yogis
irresistible :-)
* It's not too windy. |

《佛经》上记载了这样一则故事:某一日,佛祖饭后在恒河边打坐。不久,有一商
队在此处过河,车马众多,喧闹不已。佛祖出定后见地上一片狼藉,便问身边弟子是怎
么回事,弟子答曰:刚才有很多车马过来。佛说自己一点都不知道。
《佛经》上的记载真伪难辨,不过我们不妨假设这是真的。那么佛祖之所以会对过
往的商队听而不闻,该是和打坐这一行为有关。而如果有兴趣一探其究竟,弄清楚是否
会有类似故事中的情形出现的话,有两种方法可供选择。第一种是在佛家的思想体系下
,依照佛家的方式打坐、修行,依循特定的修习过程去亲身体证这一情形,并最终作出
判断。对现代人来说,这是一条艰难的、充满争议的道路。
另一种就是请来被认为或自认能实现这一情形的人,将其作为研究目标,应用针对
性的方法加以试验,以结果为依据,通过严密的逻辑推理得出相应结论。此即科学的方
法。这种方法的好处除了相对容易外,还在于它较为通用,不管是何种现象——寻常的

Besides hypnosis, meditation may also help people see the past lives or even future lives.
However, Buddhism talks about the things we may see during meditation, which surely is exciting, but also can be enticing towards the wrong directions, since those things are neither the purpose of the practice nor completely true. |

(一)
6月份的天气正好呀,看着夏日炎炎,风却是异常的凉爽沁人,像山上的感觉。周末清
晨在树荫下迎着这凉爽的风跑步,内心涌现一股深深的纯纯的简单快乐,却抵得过所有
爱恨情仇的快乐。一刻值千金的感觉。
我想,这是不是说明我的大脑比以前少了一些涣散呢。以前肯定也经历过这么美好的夏
天,可惜心思都不在当下,都在别的事物上,所以错过了这良辰美景。呵呵。
(二)
转眼半年就过去了。回头看看这半年歪歪扭扭的心路历程,进步很小,所幸却不曾放弃。
和半年前的自己有什么变化/成长吗?

请大侠指点。当有嗔念起的时候,怎么能够控制自己。
平时容易着急。meditate大概有两年。
今天因为家里人之间一点小冲突,清楚的看见自己的嗔念。
因为宝宝不肯好好吃饭,老公就板起脸。我最不喜欢看老公板起脸训宝宝的样子。能够
感觉到自己很生气。但是一开始还能很好的控制自己。我在边上用电脑,能够看到有念
起,想把电脑,扔到地上。但是克制住了。又有念起,想把瓷的菜碗扔到地上,也克制
住了。
我当时知道自己如果离开家,冷静一下就好了。但是穿着睡衣,也没吃午饭,觉得这样
就走了也不太好。心里想,既然能看到念起,应该能够控制自己的情绪。
这时候,看到宝宝可怜巴巴的看着我,咳嗽。 宝宝说,“妈妈我喉咙不舒服,喝点汤
就好了。” 我就走到大餐桌前给宝宝盛汤。
一边再犹豫了一会儿是不是离开家冷静一会儿,忽然,好像自己都没有意识到似的,发
现自己已经把一个小的塑料碗扔在地上了。
