是被GEICO给忽悠了？
由于LZ没有买对方的injury保险， 那个一万元值得非常慎重的考虑。 原因如下
如果那个黑女身体无大碍的且Nice的话， 可能只要2-3千， 但如果她想从中想搞点钱
的话， 她的律师（如果有的话）也会和建议她多去医院，按摩院， 如此的话你也许赔
偿的不止一万元也许会更多。 如果她真的由于车祸引起了身体某部分问题需要治疗康
复的话你由于没买保险， 麻烦就来了。
所以你如果非得向你的保险公司交1万的话， 你必须问清楚保险公司这个$10000是不是
Final决定. 也就是说交了这10000 后如果将来那个黑女人的身体如果出现任何的状况
由于车祸， 所需的任何费用应该都与你无关。
建议你
1. 找律师， 质询本州法律是不是允许不买bodily injury liability， 有没有什么附
加条件。看是不是告Geico。 怀疑LZ是不是被GEICO误导了（听说他们的保费是比较低

网上quote了geico，state farm，跟agent要了liberty mutual的，最后一个最便宜，
选的都是最低保额的，collision和comprehensive的自付都是1000.
但是听说至少liability要选100k的，对于新手要也做全保。
大家觉得呢，全保都包括什么，我很想买的liberty mutual，它给我的报价包括
liability, uninsured motorist coverage, other than collision, collision,

Caravan / Town&Country好（06-08年有点例外），爬坡王一般也比同级别美车强点，
但Corolla/Camry确实比不上Honda/Ford的对应车型。我印象中IIHS测试中丰田很多车
型头部保护似乎差一点，但侧撞成绩很不错，有兴趣的可以仔细看看。
不过我也认为，就被动安全（已经发生了的车祸）来说，IIHS Personal Injury比05-
08死亡率更有参考意义。05-08死亡率偶然性太大，现实中受伤的情况远远多于死亡的
情况，所以受伤统计结果更可靠；没有把主动安全（司机群体差别）过滤掉，比如出现
Truck VS SUV的翻倍差别。另外，如果某个车型05-08年恰好是老款，那么死亡率数字
会吃亏；而IIHS Personal Injury的数字已经连续统计10年左右。IIHS Personal
Injury结果基本没有surprise。

车保险分两种，liability和premium， 也就是所谓的半保和全保，liability只能用于
发生事故后赔付对方的损失（如果是你的过错的话），premium里面则包括了liability
,body injury,collision damage......多种保险，既可以赔付对方，也可以赔付自己
。如果自己有车的话而且买了保险的话，这个应该都知道。（有车没保险的，先去买了
保险再往下看吧。。。。。）明白了这个，下面的就不难理解了。
租车公司卖的保险有两种，一种是collision damage waiver（CDW），也就是说，出了
事故，无论谁的责任，你有无保险，你都不用负责你租的车的损伤，租车公司自己承担
责任。但是这个保险只能保租车公司的车的损伤，其他一概不管。

3.1保险计划的各个赔付范围
保险，是一份合约（保单），它规定在受保人交保险费的前提下，保险公司在受保人和
受保车在各种情况下负多大的责任。不要被英文的合约吓到，因为这些合约的各个组成
部分都是模块化公式化的，合约只是把你选中的模块堆砌在这个合约里面，所以你不用
担心各个模块里面的文字游戏和法律陷阱。
买保险，首先要明确保险的范围或者覆盖方面（Coverage），也就是保险公司什么情况
下负责赔付谁多少。这些东西，加起来就是保险计划或者合约的主题部分。
初级部分里面已经提到，最基本的保险范围是人身伤害和财产损失，没有买这两个保险
的司机，是不能合法开车的。现在就保险范围做更广泛深入的介绍。因为学习工作都是
用英文，而且读者仍然需要用英文和保险公司打交道，所以我们在讨论这些专业名词的
时候，为了不含混，主要用英文，有时用汉语翻译一下，翻译不一定符合中国的习惯。

During the ski season, more attention is paid to helmets. Experts agree that
wearing helmets isn't a bad idea, however, head injuries account for only 2.6
percent of serious ski injuries. A far more serious problem is knee injuries:
About 1 in 3 ski injuries are to the knee.
In fact, in 1997, there were about 54 million skier visits to ski areas, and
about 135,000 people suffered injuries. |

Based on what you described, you probably have ACL and meniscus injury with
possible PCL injury. If you have combined ACL/PCL injury, you absolutely
need surgery. If you have ACL and meniscus injury, you probably will need
surgery. If it's an isolated PCL injury, probably no surgerym, just rehab.
Once you have the MRI, you can msg me the results, I can let you know more
about the treatments.

nine days after crashing at the bottom of the superpipe during a training
run in Utah.
Burke, who lived near Whistler in British Columbia, was 29.
She was injured Jan. 10 while training at a personal sponsor event at the
Park City Mountain resort.
