我们当时买保险的时候Agent说我和LG都有医保，不用买Medical。现在要带爸妈出去玩
，不知道需不
需要加买他们的Medical。或者带其它人的话，出了问题也应该也我们负责的吧？
这方面法律是不是各州之间不同的？如果开到外州去，应该按自己州还是外州的规矩来
呢？
网上看了一些，发现说法不一，请求高人解答，万分感谢。 |

我的保险公司说责任不在我,虽然另一辆车跑掉了
所以用collision陪的我,用uninsured motorist赔的我父母,其实就是给了几百块钱,把
看Emergency的钱cover了
我一直不明白,是不是因为不是我的责任才这么判的
anyway,保险很复杂,到现在我也没搞懂

复的。好像有的Insurance说Liabilty只Cover其它车受伤的人？

唯一问题是那个肇事司机是否能让保险公司赔乘客Sue他要的钱。
Body Injury的解释有的网站上说只保人家车里的，有的说保所有肇事者之
外的人的。

有medical payment，那就是司机的保全车。还有一般车险里都有travel insurance，
数量不多，但也可以cover。

people，偶就怕打官司的时候他又说其它人不包括自己车里的人了，解释权总是在公司
那方，所以明天
直接问问Agent。
