是造Capsaicin的原料。好处还不少，有抗炎止痛， 促进心血管循环，促进消化。我也
是到了美国才发现，从国内来的几乎没有不吃辣的（除了我），以前我室友， 湖南来
的， 吃饭就是西兰花加上老干妈。好处很多，当然如果有消化道溃疡的要当心，而且
也会可能对其他药物有干扰，比如抗高血压药，因为会产生catecholamine儿茶酚胺.有
兴趣的可以看看。

成分太多，我比较忙，没有每个查。
不过好像看到有回帖说含有asprin.提醒你一下，asprin是NSAIDS,因为anti coagulant
and COX-2 inhibition 的作用而起到活血止痛作用。但是因为是NSAIDS，对胃出血等副作
用是靠take with meal不能防治的。它主要是抑制了COX-1 PATH,破坏了COX-1保护消化道黏
膜的功能而产生消化道出血或者溃疡的。所以，你要是本身就有溃疡，不能用。
还有跟剂量关系很大。而植物药很难做到剂量准确。建议你先试试baby asprin (81 mg
)。如果能起到同样的效果，这个就很好。如果是其他植物成分在调节，那就换回这个植物药
也不错。不过如果出现胃痛，出血等症状，要马上停用。

再说安全性。实验测试了每天用120毫升，连续用14天没有副作用的产生。长期每天使

我已经说过了，用来杀人的枪，90%以上都是非法的黑枪。政府要禁枪，最有效的办法就
是派swat去NYC Chicago黑人区挨家挨户缴枪。可惜它们没有这个动机。
如果你幻想那些把自己子女送到戒备森严的学校的政客们“为你的安全”而禁枪，不妨
