a traffic infraction or a speeding ticket. Virginia code explicitly
defines the act of speeding 20 mph or more above the posted speed limit (or
at any speed greater than 80 mph) as reckless driving. In your case, it's

地点是三藩附近的half moon bay，就站在岸边钓的那种。 差不多中午才到，站了三个

奄一息了，我就把它们放在小水塘
里。
一会儿就看着一个渔警从上面下来，我以为就是查查证啥的，谁知节外生枝，看完证，
说，我在上面看了你25分钟了，看
到你钓到好几条鱼，然后就在地上找，找到了四条鱼，说其中两条是“未成年”，让我
跟他走一趟。上去就把鱼摆成一排，拍
照，然后给了我罚单。
处理结果：infraction （他说我初犯，但是说法院不一定同意这个处理结果，有可能
升级为misdemeanor，让我等通知）
原因：非法拥有未成年鱼一条（他说给我写一条，因为另外一条好像复合规格）

比他还小一点，一定是不行的。这时检查的人就走到了我勾的地方来检查，由于2个网
子是我借来的，我就走了过去，他就问我，由于我不懂英语，我大约知道他是问我，这

John “Professor” Clayton 大家应该都熟悉。现在是体育评论员里的泰斗级人物。
大家尊称为professor。当年刚出道的时候，是匹兹堡一个小记者。一天代替Steelers
的正式 beat writer去看钢人训练，发现钢人训练中有违规的现象。这呀不知是出于记
者的道德操守，还是脑子进水了。把这个事情给报道出来了。
结果联盟发现了，罚了钢人一个3轮选秀权。本来钢人正准备用这个三轮来选一个QB。
后来选秀时，这个QB被另一个球队在第三轮比港人更后的位置选了。
这个QB是匹兹堡本地高中毕业的，后来去了Notre Dame，名叫Joe Montana。之后
Montana带领49人狂扫了4个超级碗，都是大家熟知的历史。
John Clayton后来一度被匹兹堡视为不受欢迎的人。BTW Russell Wilson 也是三轮被
选上的。那个位置，不少队都有选他的打算，包括绿湾，最后被海鹰先到一步。

the ball it's a five yard penalty with a free play. Free play meaning that
the QB can just chuck the ball up and see what happens and if it's turned

补充几句. 防守的"offside"也有两种:
(1) Offside, 如果开球前守方冲过中立区了(中立区就是球本身), 没有碰人:
如果他在攻方没有开球前缩回去了, 进攻线上的人也没有动, 就什么事也没有, 比赛继
续;
如果进攻线上的人在他缩回去前动了, 这个play就马上停止了,
是守方的错, 罚五码,
叫"neutral zone infraction";
如果他还没能缩回去就开球了, 就是真正的"offside",
比赛继续, 是攻方的"Free Play"了,
大可扔个四五十码, 如果不成功再回来要那五码的penalty.
所以很多OL-line coaches都告诉Centers看见对方有人过来了, 就马上开球.
(2) 如果守方冲过中立区碰着人了, 这个play也马上就停止了, 罚守方五码.

但以哪一种罪名来判 有一次就成了胜负的关键 很罕见的景象
2006年 羊羊主场领先一分
最后4秒钟 海鸟攻入飞狗射程内 赶快列阵摔球 以求停表
偏偏开球的时候 手忙脚乱 只有6人到位排在线上
另一个 就差一步没到火线 算留在后场了
当时是肌肉猛男胡启立做裁判 于是扔了黄旗子
宣布是 "海鸟犯规 illegal formation ......"
(这要是人已经赶到线上 但开球前还没站稳不动至少一秒钟
那就不是illegal formation 而是false start了
所以两者的区别 很微小很微小 当时就几英吋几百毫秒之差)
全场顿时欢声雷动 因为这时候海鸟已经没有暂停
按规定 除了罚5码之外 时钟还要减去10秒作为惩罚
那比赛就结束了!

season attacks on schools are almost unavoidable especially if there
are cheap plays involved
also, should avoid or reduce to minimum where punishment for a rule
