comply with a steady red signal，罚款$158, 不会涨点。说我是违反了Florida

去网上看了他们拍的照片和录像，发现我是在1号公路上右拐Palm Dr的时候被拍的。我

当时到底怎么回事？
1.承认fishing without license 算不算作伪证？
－－no，这是plea bargain，控辩交易
2.infraction会不会影响我以后找工作，办签证
－－－确实不算重处罚，不会有影响，但是背景调查要查还是能查到的
3.如果我要求go to trial，是不是要给律师加钱，即使我们开始谈的是flat rate.
－－－看合同怎么写的，如果没有说出庭加钱，你就不会加钱
但是，正如你所说的，律师可能不愿意管，如果你一定要出庭又不加钱。律师可能会要
求退出，当然，你不同意他就不能退，但是他可以做坏你这个case
4.这infraction的offer我应不应该接受？
－－－随便你，为啥A的事情B负责？我还是很迷惑
5.可不可以向法庭要求延期答复？是我联系法庭的服务部门，还是要我的律师传达？
－－－没有特别理由不能延期，你可以说你要考试，试着申请一下，让律师帮忙申请

没有调查就没有发言权，老毛当你这句话还是有道理的
小屁事？没上过法庭就不要跟这儿‘无语’；等上了法庭你就真的‘无语了’
还跟法官说明情况，你以为小时候被班主任叫到办公室啊，还法官100%判你没事，拜托
不要想当然了，misdemeanor法庭绝对不是这个样子的，第一次arraignment你根本没有
机会跟法官多废话一个字，法官念完对你的charge后，DA提出offer，你只有认罪不认
罪两个选择；不认罪法官就问你要不要法庭指派律师，然后安排下一次出庭。法官和DA
是不会和被告直接negotiate的，你只有请律师才能去negotiate轻判。
lz这个事情的问题在于，证据确凿。在美国玩海里的东西也玩了不少了，自己经历过，

几天前刚从东部搬到湾区来找工作，今天一整天面试一家大公司，回来搭乘Light Rail
回住处时因为极度疲劳，加上车刚好进站急着上车，忘记用clipper card付费。结果半
路上来两个检票人员，当场被抓。用各种理由解释，但无济于事，仍然被开了张notice
，要求几周后要么交罚款$280，要么出庭 "contest the violation"。
我刚从东部过来，第一次搭乘Light Rail，之前办的clipper card搭乘BART和Bus都没
出现问题，不熟悉Light Rail的付费系统，自己也疏忽大意，因此犯下了这个愚蠢的错
误。
请问：

After gross margins rebounded at Foxconn parent company Hon Hai Precision,
one analyst has said he believes Apple "stepped up" and helped to pay for
wage increases at its manufacturing partner.
While Hon Hai's gross margins went up, Apple saw its own gross margins drop
from 47 percent last quarter to 42.8 percent this quarter. Its conservative
guidance for the current September quarter goes even lower to 38.5 percent.
