Hip Dysplasia, 大体型狗都有这问题,但美国德牧特别明显。
你们看dog show德牧的时候,一定发现德牧的后腿几乎是半蹲着,显得蓄势待发,很神
骏。这不是狗愿意这么做,是多少代的配种后的结果。这就注定美国德牧一生都会把身
体的很大一部分重量放在后腿,无论是站还是走,所以磨损也就特别厉害。再加上营养
太好,经常股关节的ball长的很大很快,与外面的socket之间的缝隙过小,这就加速了
关节软体缓冲组织的磨损,最后导致瘫痪。
其实买美国德牧时有一点很多人忘了的是要求看狗父母的HIP X-ray照片,让自己的Vet
检查。如果父母有问题,小狗出问题的机会很大。
AKC是绝对不会管这种Hip Dysplasi的问题的。更讽刺的是,正是AKC的dog show标准,
造成了美国德牧现在如此普遍的hip problem。
德国德牧就好了很多,问题并不比其他大体型狗明显,也正因为这样,德国德牧后腿半

所以我说我每减2个waist,代价就是1个hip.所以很苦恼,因为我这样减下去,要达到合
适的腰臀比,屁股肯定特别难看。

昨天去练深蹲,被发现了一个新的问题:上大重量以后,也许是因为我左腿比右腿力量
弱,站起来的时候存在hip rotation问题,也就是core不自主的会扭一下,让右腿承担
更大的力量。小白哥说我们必须解决这个问题,不然以后会对spine造成伤害,disc会
出问题。
问题是:怎么解决这个问题呢?
昨天他让我做一种deadlift:在地上摞两个对折的mats,上面放一个哑铃,然后我侧面
站着,哑铃在身体左侧,蹲下,拿着哑铃站起来,再蹲下,把哑铃放下。反复做,然后
换边。整个过程中要保持面对前方,hips和肩膀都要square,上身不能有倾斜和旋转。
哑玲轻的时候容易些,重的哑铃,的确要非常努力的对抗身体的自然rotation。
当然了,还需要加强我的左腿力量,所以昨天练了不少split squat。
不知道大家有没有类似的问题?有没有别的解决办法呢?
找到了,这种deadlift叫suitcase deadlift,就是视频里面这个,他用的是杠铃,所
以不需要垫子,我用的哑铃太小了,放在地上太低了,所以需要垫起来

上升过程中肩膀向前超出 bar 太多, hip drive 太少. 大重量的时候肩背肌群根本不
可能有力量维持你现在的错误动作. DL 是 hip drive, 你要让自己的 hip 前后移动.
而你现在因为用的重量极轻, 所以一部分 hip 的 range of motion 被肩膀前后移动给
代偿了.
换大点的重量好好体会下吧. |

今天最关键的他说我在initiate downswing的时刻臀部有严重的slide问题。所以不是hip turn,而是hip slide把重心带动到左侧。我想这也是为什么我现在打球经常thin,要不就是top over的问题。(今天打球的地方是草地)后来仔细看了看视频,hip slide的真的很严重。他说我的hip能slide 4,5 inches.

度的coil旋转比例,在down swing的时候又过于追求hip turn 和shoulder turn的Lag
。造成lower back tension。 现在,根据身体灵活性,我 back swing时,hip 转的比
45度多,而且左脚后跟会稍微抬起一点来帮助hip turn,这样lower back的tension减
小了很多。本来就不是long hitter,所以似乎对距离影响不大。

打法对 hip turn,weight shifting和hand arm 的timing要求高,对hip turn的速度

处的夹角。我理解的是大腿femur跟铅垂线的夹角。其实跟我理解的也差不多,因为我
理解这个的时候心里已经假定了上身的inclination几乎为0或者尽量的小。
那么也就是说:
Angle(ski, snow) = upper body inclination + hip angle + knee angle
我想我们共同的认识是upper body inclination应该minimize
而knee angulation肯定是有限的。
然后我重新表达一下我之前的意思:
比起滑groomer,mogul里不需要set很高的Angle(ski, snow)来carve出wide&round的
turn,等价的说就是减小turn/corridor的width(+steering, -carving), 减小hip
angle,这样的好处是absorb的range可以得到增加,enable你能走更aggressive的路线。

“发力太早”不是问题。有点小伤有点小失误是难免的,是小孩成长必需的。
个子稍矮又爱争胜的小孩一般容易采用相对高频的方式。这是克服四肢短手脚小的有效
手段,但不是唯一手段,在青春期发育前更是如此。对小个子,全身所有关节和肌肉柔
韧性都不要少于队友,同时应该重点加强shoulder & hips。

恰恰中慢且展现的拍子是在3,并且在整拍的时候,一般是两腿都要保持线条
另外拉丁很重要一点就是手的接触,firmly contact(center and balance)

The wrong way (which is what i have been doing) is stepping out on 2 and
then settling hips; stepping out on 3 and then settling hips, etc. The
splitting second when i hold before going into the next step is then wrongly
on a hip-settling position, which makes me look short. (in other words, i
was doing 2 AND, 3 AND, 4 AND, 1 AND.)

body-hip-step. It is the settling of the hips that causes the opposition of
the body which leads the step. (moonraker, try to create the body opposition
without settling the hips. it is impossible)
And the counts are just for the legs. That is all. The body actions always
happen in between the counts.
Don't over-analyze it, aurae. Just dance it. With your talent, one day you
will be a sensual girl.

欧莱雅的护肤我一般不待见,也可能就是不喜欢包装吧,但他们后来出的HiP系列
彩妆,绝对的价廉物美非常销魂啊!这个系列打的口号本来也就是和dior啊nars什么的
大牌比拼的。。。而且美国各大药房不定期会来一个买一送一什么的促销,比如说,下
图的双色眼影可以7刀买2盒。。。可惜我知道这个系列牛比的时候手头已经积攒了太多
东西,只能很有限地买一买了。。。

1. HiP系列双色眼影:这个系列的眼影有亮的,不亮的,和金属光泽之分,总之都
很销魂!最最重要的当然是便宜啊!还有,大家注意左上一这个是高光,而且是膏状的
,用手抹时候那个触感啊。。。啊啊啊啊。。。
2. 左上二是眼线胶,我因为有黑色的了所以买的棕色,相当牛逼!我有一次化的
那天有事情委屈狂哭了,哭的时候还用纸巾狠狠擦眼睛,结果情绪过了之后照镜子,眼
线一点点都没有花!一点点都没有哟~ 我当时就震精了。。。。。。囧
唯一的不足之处是附送的那个刷子,超级硬,眼皮都要被这个刷子拉破了。。。只
好换MAC的刷子。。。

早期的r&b是纯blues,很适合多愁善感的小资,但听多了会depressing。
然后才加入节奏,也就是鼓,电吉他等乐器,形成曲风节拍明显,
背景节奏感强的音乐,听在耳朵里有“亮”的感觉。
r&b形成以后,音乐开始不再保守,向追逐奔放,自由的个性化发展,
就形成了早期的rock 'n' roll。此时的rock 'n' roll和r&b区别不大,
都有黑人音乐元素,强调back beat(2,4重拍),喜欢Riff(重复),
根音的和弦一样。再后来,扩音技术得到改善,rock 'n' roll
才真正发扬广大,也就是以后的rock/metal。而r&b也开始分化出
更多的音乐genre。70s-80s年代的电台节目主持人介绍唱片的时候,
喜欢用快速押韵的行话性语言,带点讽刺意味,久而久之就形成了rap。
再后来,大家对这种喋喋不休的发泄感到乏味,才有了Hip-hop出现。
Hip-hop可以看作是rap和r&b的杂交后代。Hip-hop含有rap的饶舌,
也有r&b中Riff的节奏反复。在此基础上,Hip-hop又加入了一些音效,
比如打堞,擦片。而且和一些街头文化搭勾 |

大部分hip hop我不欣赏,不过无论是哪种风格,都有我喜欢的作品,比如古典,爵士,Blues,Rock, Pop, Hip Hop,电子等。当然喜欢的比例不一样,比如大部分爵士作品我都喜欢,Hip Hop只有极少数作品喜欢。另外最近因为演出需要,我还得写一些hip hop呢,只是我不会写词,就是写个背景loop,人家配词。 |
