今天下午去range试了下大家的建议,做了三个方面的改进
shoulder turn跟hip turn的先后
下挥杆的时候上身横移
上杆的时候hip turn太多
原帖中的video里面shoulder turn看起来是先于hip turn,但是实际上是hip turn带动
的。可能是由于下杆的时候上身横移太多看起来就是肩膀先动。
今天又录了一个挥杆,减少了上身横移和上杆的hip turn,中铁终于又回到以前的直线
或者小draw的轨迹了。但是长铁还是稍有slice。大家再给看看问题出在哪儿?

自己觉得是hip turn太多,上杆顶点得时候杆身在swing plan上面太多。 对比了下
tiger得swing,杆身完全在左臂得延长线上,还是得改动作。。。要疯了。 |

我觉得由于上杆到头时,全身是锁住的(HINGE),所以,SHOULDER 与 HIP 的转动必须而且只能是同步的. FAT产生的原因是手RELEASE 的过早. 如果,在左腿还没几乎完全站直前手就释放了,就会造成FAT.
还跟着练过一段时间。
是hit fat多过hit thin.
我以前说过,fat/thin/slice/hook本质就是shoulder rotation和hip rotation的timing关系,我认为这是关键。
比如fat的可能性多发生在shoulder rotation和hip rotation同步了。不过,估计现在还没人肯认可我。呵呵。。 总有一天,有些同学会意识到的。 |

,这样的机会几乎是没有了。那一天,3W发挥得比较好,在Par5用了三次,平均240码
左右,都拿了Par。

swing. 要做到这一点还必须注意back swing身体要保持centered,不能右移,否则重心
很难在down swing时移到左脚,重心在右边时,就不可能hip turn,能做到只有两点,
一是hip向左平移,二是肩膀使劲,两者都会造成hook,或更糟糕的pull hook.
我推荐你一个drill你可以试试:
两腿分开很大(70-80厘米吧),重心放在左腿上,有点象左腿弓,右腿绷,右脚垂直
,左脚向外撇,back swing始终保持这个姿势,down swing时哪儿都不使劲,就是hip
使劲turn.这样绝对不会hook,一般是push fade,等慢慢找到了hip turn的感觉再右手
加力,慢慢可能解决hook的问题。
其实这个drill看上去象是Moe Norman的swing,他被很多人认为是史上ball strike最
好的人,他的swing乍看上去很怪异,不过仔细想想还是很有道理的。

做工。你坐几百个sit up开始见效快就是这个原因。但hip flexor 耐力增加后,在这
样大组数就不起作用了。
sit up 能练到腹肌的方法有两个 1。设法分割hip flexor和腹肌,让hip flexor去忙

backpack的选择有了些概念。我现阶段的主要需要是weekend trips为主加偶尔的Multi
-Day,需要的load-capacity主要在25-35磅(争取小于30磅),所以主要看的都是
ultralight class的背包,比如老的REI Flash 50,新的Flash 62,Granite Gear的
Blaze 60,还有Opsrey的Atmos(看了看他家的Exos,实在不喜欢那种should和hip几乎
没有padding的)。
周末跑了一趟REI,不爽的是寄予最大希望的Blaze 60(毕竟是2011的editor choice奖
)居然没有现货,于是花了几个小时楼上楼下窜,把其他三个都试了一遍,每个都试了
25磅和30磅的load。
感觉load capacity最好的是Atmos,当然它的自重也最重(3磅半),Airspeed的透气
性确实好,也适合我们这边的天气,但正如另一个帖子里童鞋们说的,那个空隙其实有

你现在重心太靠后,倒是pole总是在身后拖着。要有意识的把手臂向前伸一点。
另外,上身的幅度太大了点。要面朝fall line,转弯的时候用shoulder去引导hip,但
是shoulder的动作不要太大。倒是hip和knee的动作要夸张一点。hip要往下坡方向顶,
转弯的时候起重心,hip往回收,向另外一个方向顶。 |

pivot是同一个动作,对两个不同部位的不同描述。
我想强调hip窝的pivot,是因为我自己体会觉得这算是一个滑蘑菇不容易做好的地方。
这是保持hip square and forward的一个重要的要领。如果是光拧脚或者膝盖,而hip

又,pop jazz就是带hip-hop style的jazz, hip funk就是funky hip-

为极为优秀(而且长久)的艺术家的光各国的sysycd里就有一堆, 但绝对不是肖杰这种心
态表现的.
米国的sytycd(至少)有两季(4和6?)的冠军是bboy(Joshua)和krumping(Russell)出身的
, 都是从头到尾以humble的态度不断学习,不断感慨学习其他各种舞种让自己长进了多
少.
另外还有无数优秀纯草根出身的hip hop舞者, 比如Twitch, bboy的Legend, popping的
Phillip(PacMan),甚至就上一季的Cyrus绝对是hip hop比赛斗舞遍地赢的.肖杰虽然
locking相当不错, 但碰到这些人恐怕也不好意思反复提自己的"世界*街舞*冠军"头衔.
他们也都一路走到比赛最后, 从始至终都保持着谦卑态度, 吸收比赛过程中学到的新舞
种融合到自己的表演中. 很多比赛后还意识到要更上一层楼需要更专业的training所以
去进行更正规的"科班"学习.

的。而且这问题在狗狗小时候是看不出来的,一般要8,9个月后才会表现出来。
我在网上查了一下,有些breeder对hip是有guarantee的,但是大多也就是如果狗狗查
处了hip的问题,免费更换一个狗狗。
但是那时候,狗狗都已经和我们相处了近1年了,已经有了很深的感情,你是否舍得拿
他去换一个新狗狗呢?
我先说说我自己的想法,我觉得我是不舍得。可如果舍不得,那这种guarentee又有什
么用呢???矛盾。。。

the hip and knee flexed, internally and externally rotate the hip, if she
complains of pain in groin or buttock area, go get an x ray. palpate the
lateral side of the hip at greater trochanter as well, make sure that's not

以前旅游时开过一辆2005版的Sonata,开长途,觉得非常稳和舒服,于是
今年买了一辆2007 Sonata GLS(现在市场上的最低版本,自动档,虽然现代网站上有
手动档,但我看了至少六家dealer,没看到一家有手动档), 觉得主要好处如下,:
1。车现在做的很大,Sonata 2007是大型车,而accord和camry 2007是中型车,因此
sonata开着那叫一个舒服,空间很大,非常方便,后座可以放倒,拉个Ikea的小沙发都
可以。
2。Sonata 即使最低版本也是用的非常大的轮子,开起来极稳,过小坑几乎感觉不到,
明显比小轮子过小坑舒服的多,噪音也小得多。其实我以前得旧车也是16(单位不知道
,^_^)的大轮子,但是和sonata 2007 17的更大轮子比,虽然不是天壤之别,但是震
动和声音减小得不是一点,因为我每天上班要固定的在高速上过一个坎,所以才敢如此
肯定得说。

T****2 发帖数: 94 | 48 本人30多岁,直偏瘦,平时锻炼也不算多,但是也不是完全不动,以快走,慢跑,踢踢
腿,拉拉身体为主。
最近半年右侧hip和髋处疼,平时不疼,但是跑起步来疼的厉害,根本跑不了,快走20-
30分钟也会疼,我一开始以为是不是跑步的时候扭住了,卡住了,或者踢腿的时候踢很
了,要不就是没有warm up拉伤啥的。一开始也没在意,想就是停止跑步踢腿等,平时
就走走。结果半年多,还是没好好,跑两步右侧的髋骨处里面(就是右腿和身体链接处
)就疼的厉害,而且右腿感觉不得劲,感觉总有东西拽着。
于是就约专科医生看,一开始说怀疑有肌肉或者髋骨连接处撕裂,说做个outpatient的
缝合手术就好了,结果MRI做下来,说我要做个 femoral acetabular osteotomy的大手
术,就是把右腿股头截断,然后把链接的骨头和髋骨重新position,再把右腿钉上去,
说是因为右腿和髋骨链接不好是最终原因。
然后这个老头医生觉得我很可怜,不停的说很抱歉你这么惨,没有其他治疗办法了,我
差点再医生办公室哭下来。我出了医院立刻去做MRI的地方要了我的MRI结果,能否请版

感觉还不错.
昨天去参加她在的dancing studio的hip hop company audition. 最近她挺喜欢hip
hop class, 而且觉得自己audition跳的很好, 肯定能进, 结果被据了.
我收到信的时候也吃了一小惊, 赶紧先给她泼冷水, 告诉她十几个孩子只有几个能进
, 进不了也正常. 然后再跟她说, 如果一听进不了, 就哭闹着说不喜欢hip hop了,
那是loser的行为.
过了半天, 我装作突然收到信了, 告诉她这个坏消息. 娃有心理准备了, 说她要上
hip hop class继续练, 这样就是winner不是loser了, 但是态度还是蔫蔫的. 后来
知道她玩的好的一个小男生选上了, 好象又有些受打击.
人生第一次受打击啊, growing pain, 谁都躲不过. |
