在我学术生涯的早期阶段，我在一份相当不为人知的神学期刊上发表了一篇文章，题为
《成功神学的破产》。[1]我在这篇文章里尝试把我一开始对成功神学的反对意见综合
起来，也盼望给那些陷入成功神学运动的人有基本的指引。让我感到吃惊的是，在这篇
短文发表之后，我马上就收到回应，既有正面，也有负面的回应。实际上，我仍继续收
到对那篇文章更多的回应，超过我写的任何文章。

Many Christians hold this idea. But you are free to dislike your own
understanding. Just need to bear in mind who you are against. Are you
against a particular interpretation that non-believers hold or you are
against Christians.

Why did God create human? Is this part of His "evil" plan in your
understanding?

As it turns out, it was not originally in the Gospel of John. In fact, it
was not originally part of any of the Gospels. It was added by later scribes.

不过,

(1) 给人在若望原文中删走,
或是
(2) 给人在若望原文中加上去?
以你的引文, (抄自网上的大部份资料) 都是说该段是「给人后加」,
