the string BEFORE you pluck it), Bend Forward meaning
bend the string towards the low E, not the high E..........
.........but it's Bar Flutters. Which makes perfect sense on that measure.

1. 手臂要划得上水，划程足够长足够有力。
2. flutter kick 要踢得上水，腰腹肌和臀大肌能有效爆发带动大腿小腿脚尖，形成牛
鞭状有效打水。还有 major kick 跟手臂划水正确同步（minor kick 不用太讲究同步
）。
3. 呼吸要充分，获得足够氧气。溺水式呼吸就算了。
以上是三深，下面是九浅：
4. stroke 之间的滑行要充分，肌肉得到足够血氧供应。滑行不能失去平衡，否则下一
个 stroke 划不上水。
具体速度是次要的。。。小花碎步划水加溺水式呼吸，就算 25 yard 的绝对速度再快
，也就是个劳碌耕田还没有收成，不会有壮阳和增强性功能的锻炼效果。。。是不是过
早磨损关节，不知道。
总结就是，耕田劳碌和锻炼健身无法单纯从绝对速度上区别，就好比 索男和索女草碧

点。
这个没办法，男人的生理就是这样。我周末去泳池带 practice fin 练 HIIT 型
dolphin kick 和 flutter kick 后，一旦肌肉恢复，我都得时时提醒自己悠着点，不
要半夜把美女女伴给撞到急症室里去了。这个真是生理压力，那肌肉锻炼和恢复之后特
别想运动也是每个男人都会犯的错。
空军猜测可能在这方面好很多，经常 HIIT 锻炼 dolphin kick 估计只有飞行员网友。
但飞行员网友都是军官，壮志凌云里的阿汤哥飞行员，一下飞机就被饥渴死了的白妞女

CD机爆音和是否是刻录关系不大.我到是有几张看不出物理磨损的正版碟,爆音
比刻的APE厉害(刻的APE听不出爆音).我认为这和CD机转盘设计和光头本身的
老化有关.
CD的采样是44.1KHZ,理论上可以还原到22K的信号,说采样太低我认为不正确.
数字声是反走样滤波和数模转换(有人还会说JITTER)不好造成的ARTIFACT.
16-BIT如果DAC做得好也应该是more than enough.
黑胶唱片和磁带机的WOW/FLUTTER是很难避免的.要做到CD机的水平不可能.

本人有心动过速的病史，Atrial Flutter-病发两次后曾经心衰竭。做了个小小的
Abalation．从此就吃药控制心跳。Coreg 50mg. 吃了两年，后换成Metoprolol 50mg.
一直吃到现在，应该是一辈子就这么吃下去了。
问：有时候我胸口会疼，针扎的疼，一阵一阵的，像牙痛那样。做了彩超等等检查，没
看出什么不妥。有两个心脏医生说可能是伤口疼，nothing they can do. 你们觉得呢
？前两天疼了一整天，今天没事了。偶尔就会来这么一出，特别是身体太累状况不好的
时候。
再问：小腿总是小小酸麻，我也没走很多路，工作是坐办公室的。我只是缺钙吗？还是
可能是药的副作用。问过医生，医生说跟我的病没关系。我很纳闷。
再问：吃Metoprolol，能怀孕生子吗？因为我心跳太快，怀孕的话更加要吃

后来又在babycenter上看到说第一次感觉到胎动就是像popcorn popping, a goldfish

而且是静静坐着或者躺着的时候更容易感觉到，虽说一般感觉到第一次胎动发生在16-
20周，但也不排
除更早的可能。对照这些描述，又觉得好像我听到的泡泡声是胎动
这样的泡泡声隔了一天睡觉前又听到了一次，但是这几天睡前又听不到了。。。
向有经验的mms讨教一下，这个泡泡声，或者说泡泡的感觉到底是什么呢？

脑袋一上一下，上来时吸气，脚是蛙泳脚还是爬泳脚随便。。。不要瞎扑腾
浪费体力，25 码的 lap 也不会有问题。（不过这个就是给娃玩玩，自救
时偶尔用用，阻力太大效率低）。
不要求速度的话，有一百万种办法游一个 lap。。。 |

其实姿势是可以改的，前面的方案一（flutter kick on back）真还不能保证
肯定进不了游泳队沉底组。当然，不想按进游泳队的方向后续练习的话，当然就进
不了。 |

的懒爹妈周六赖床，人一大早从揉面开始给自己做pizza当早餐。昨天傍晚还教他懒爹
游泳，懒爹自由泳学不好，他就从仰泳的flutter kick开始教。懒妈我挺满意的，虽然
他目前对science, social science什么的课程无感。 |

drill 是侧面 flutter kick，就是个 drill 而已。 |

我家娃才二年级，刚开学就留了project，9月15日就要交，一共两个星期。
是个science的project，做什么forest的模型，大家每个人挑个动物，我娃挑了个blue
doctor butterfly。我觉得二年级的小娃根本不可能做出。我和她商量，比如翅膀的
材料，她就能想出硬纸，然后身体的材料，怎么把六只脚连到身体上等等，她根本没有
idea。我觉得孩子哪里可能独立做出来，难得这不是学校给家长留到project么？
娃爹常年不在身边，娃妈不太handy。我倒现在也没想好怎么去做，连材料都想不出来
。我准备拿那种透明塑料袋包装盒剪开做翅膀，然后娃负责拿marker笔画，但是身体，
触角和六只脚怎么办，大家给点建议吧？
想了好几天，头都大了，不知道一个学期下来会有几个project。我要上班，要接送娃
上下学课外活动，买菜做饭，忙得要死了，娃还一边拼命催，总怕自己交不上去。大家
有没有这个烦恼？

发帖数: 10908 | 50 对于不在游泳队的酱油游泳，做到腿不沉而言，我觉得特别对于酱油花滑娃，在酱油游
泳的时候，强调游好 hip drive 很重要。虽然 hip driven 速度上不去，但是只要腿
不沉，娃至少游酱油游泳有信心。
而好的 flutter kick 技术，肯定能保证腿不沉，无论腿骨和肌肉有多密度重量。
其他的我不知道。
