file including ProductID, Price, and Date, and she's trying to get the latest
price of every fiscal year for every product.
The the actual question is even more complicated because the fiscal year is
different than our year, i.e., Fiscal year of 1999 is actually between
10/01/1998 - 09/30/1999 instead of simply year 1999.

FED可以决定monetary policy. 但是像上次那种QE，很多人认为已经超出其职能范围，
是fiscal policy。而fiscal policy是两院的范围。FED越权实属非常时期非常手法，
现在要搞第二次，门槛很高。
FED保持它的balance sheet已经是最大限度了。简单讲，买债券还是属于monetary
policy。买债券以外的资产，如MBS是fiscal policy，以后很难再干了。 |

共和党是相对保守，极右的共和党的确是准种族主义了，但共和党的主流不是，bush总
统8年，移民照样好好的，哪里有不同了？
其实民主共和两党的理念不同，什么gay/gun control这些对于咱们来说都是细枝末节
，主要就是移民和财政两点。国会在移民问题上完全stuck,如果只是合法移民问题，两
党虽然有分歧，但比较容易达成协议。但民主党为了西班牙裔的选票，坚持要求大赦非
法移民作为条件。共和党不同意，基本无法进行。illegal is illegal,怎么现在堂而
皇之的出来讨价还价了。。。一切都是因为选票，民主党要拉住自己的选票。
财政，共和党或者茶党的理念是fiscal balance, small government,财政平衡和“小
政府”，即保持政府的精简，减少开支，不要干预经济活动。当然bush总统时候在
fiscal balance也做的很不好，但现在o8搞的这套更是超负荷变本加厉，全民健保刚出
来已经就穷途末路了，看看现在这次选举，有哪个民主党候选人用健保给自己宣传的？
民主党自己都不敢提了。搞了全民健保，国家负担更重，老百姓的保费也没有降低，反

fiscal revenue和GDP不是那么直接的关系。
粗糙的说fiscal revenue是一个会计概念，而GDP是一个经济概念。
如果以U.S.为例，2009-2010是最典型的。财政收入有stimulus
package顶着，比上年度增加了30%+，而GDP还是要按生产来算的，
只有个位数百分比的增长。
