%或者100%，其实每个Small Business想法都不一样，没有绝对大家都好或者大家都不

之前，GOP的Eisenhower是做到balance the budget。
其实前面有人说Obama是人品最差的president。其实他还是比不上Nixon。
Nixon骂中国，同时暗地与中国建交，这是大家最熟悉的。他取消了gold standard，抛
弃fiscal conservative的GOP传统。他搞Southern Strategy, 在Lyndon Johnson签署
Civil Rights Act之后，主动迎合南部种族主义白人，抛弃GOP的从Lincoln传下来的与
黑人为善的传统。当然还有最臭名昭著的Watergate。
他就是最典型的the ends justify the means的那种人，也就是为达目的不择手段，没
有任何原则的人。

自己的头脑和知识来分析问题，而不是靠church teaching， 所以在social issue上有
liberal倾向的人比例也高， 与眼下的共和党会在这些问题上有较大的分歧， 但在
fiscal issue上则不一定。不知道你说的“来美国后就倾向于共和党的一些理念”是指
socially 还是fiscally。
犹太人因为受教育程度比较高， 总体上对宗教的看法不是那么原教旨， 而且人家信的
也是犹太教，不认为Jesus是救主。民主党因为各种宗教都能包容， 比较吸引犹太人；
而共和党眼下被基督教/天主教保守派所控制，在这些人的眼里，信耶稣的人，不被
定罪；不信的人，罪已经定了， 犹太人显然对此感冒的不多。

的的行政以及党派控制情况都分不清楚啊。
美国的每个州都有很大的独立性的，他们都有自己选出来的州国会，参议院和州长。而
每个州在很多事务上都有独立行政法律决定权。但是州和国家选举的最大区别是，州选
举考虑的主要就是经济，因为在社会事务上，州定法律没有什么大作用，州定的法律如
果和联邦法冲突，要不就被联邦禁掉，要不就被最高法院否决了。最近的事列就是华盛
顿州和CO刚通过的大麻合法法律，现在两州就算已经成法了，可还是不敢大动，因为这
个法律和联邦法不一致，大家都要看联邦的反应，看联邦是准备禁掉地方法还是修改联
邦法，把决定权限也下放到地方去。而去年AZ的移民法就惹得联邦大怒，结果上告到最
高法院禁掉了AZ地方移民法的大多数关键条例。
而联邦选举(其实也就是4年一次的总统选举），经济虽然一直很总要，但是social
consideration总是最后占了很大的比例，象什么移民，对哪个阶层收税，教育，外交
，民权等等。

州也是实行social moderate/liberal, fiscal conservative的政策，大多数过的都挺
好。只有几个州是social liberal, fiscal liberal的，象加州，NewYork，IL等等，
结果好象版上这几个自认为是social conservative的家伙都是从这三个州来的。说实
在的，真的很同情他们。 |
