I think the companies that would make history and generating a ton of cash
are the ones with REAL breakthroughs in technology. Social fad doesn't count
towards that.
Same thing with groupon, they raised a ton of money but sooner or later,

发帖数: 255 | 28 我在不了解的时候，对这几个FAD DIET一直有种偏见。最近把它们仔细看了看，发现还
是蛮科学的。
当然我现在就是普通的低卡低脂DIET，食物已经很简单了，CAMPELL SOUP, 鸡肉SALAD
，玉米这些，没有刻意的去追求什么低碳水，低升糖，但是这些简单的食物应该同时也
算比较低的碳水和升糖指数了。
我觉得减肥是给自己一个重新开始健康生活和健康饮食的机会，现在当然还在胖子的阶
段，并不十分“健康”的低卡低脂不过是必须之恶。等到了BMI22，23的时候，我希望
在保持体重的条件下，能把现在的运动习惯，低卡/低某某饮食完全维持下去，什么都
吃，蛋白质/脂肪/碳水，甚至胆固醇，都维持在合理的摄取范围内，不需要刻意的不吃
什么，但每样营养的总摄取量都限制住。

我个人是反对FAD DIET， AKINS 和任何减肥药。但这个DIET MENU， 感觉还是比较均
衡的，carb, fiber, protein 都有。只是低卡，其实平常吃的差不多。而且这个DIET
很明确的说，三天后应该回复正常饮食，但不能大鱼大肉，否则会反弹。所以我觉得还
算安全，值得一试。
想知道你的看法,和你探讨一下。 |

jurek的脚尖是挑起落地的，那个Tarahumara是脚尖朝下落地的。juery在他eat run里
也对barefoot fad做了很中肯的评价，和版上说的一样，不是啥鞋子的问题，而是整体
的跑姿重要，没有伤痛跑步跑下去才是王道。啥落地，大家咋样不受伤咋样来吧，keep
