type 是510（K）exempt，但不是GMP exempt。
我的问题是，如果厂商的产品上标有FDA标识，我是不是就可以直接在美国销售这种产
品了。另外，如果我想自己注册一个品牌，叫这个厂家帮我生产，我还需要FDA的批准
吗？
我不是做医疗方面的，希望懂行的朋友帮忙回答一下。非常感谢！ |

90% of them had downloaded the program and played recently. Near half has
been over with it, 30% still playing but not as often, only 10-20% are still
actively playing it.
Conclusion: It's a fad. |

Sure, I could have bought it 3 years ago, but I wouldn't as this industry
then hadn't proven to me its strength. It now looks more like a sustainable
trend than a fad to me. Call me crazy, but I'm enjoying the ride till it
stops and turns.

ORACLE was never a big DB supplier for these social web companies.
And those who use Oracle, DB2 or Sql Server simply cannot get off
the SQL-based solution as they need structural data solutions to
run their analysis.
These NO-SQL dbs are mostly fad. When you store data in a non-
structural way you kill off any chance you could run real-time
data analysis over them. Data that cannot be analyzed in a timely
manner is simply junk so these big 'data' solutions are really
big 'junk' in disguise. |

has been in market for over 15 years, No any drug is on the market before
Iclusig but it always survives. Currently it has ~300 M cash that can help
it sustain for a while. Iclusig is now approved by EU, likely by FAD. So it
might very possibly launch some of the existing trials again since the
safety has been considered. Also it has another anti-cancer drug in trial
