美国穷人懒惰主要是因为文化因素和消费习惯，并不是觉得你欠他们的，不是什么
entitlement。他们不象中国人那样有后顾之忧，有钱就花，没有想那么多没钱了会怎
样，再不济政府也会救济。

一般大家的认知是：只要批准的140没有欺诈（fraud or willful misrepresentation
）都可以保留PD。
我查了一下USCIS的有关法律条文，与之相关的是以下两个文件：
第一个文件是09-12-2006发的Field Manual，这个文件陈述了I-140表格上具体审核的
每条内容，是指导具体处理申请的移民官如何审核I-140的工作手册，甚至涵盖了申请
人有可能欺诈的地方，大家有时间可以一字一句研读一下，下为链接：

迫人交押金
如果房东不能出示证据自己的损失是多少，可以从押金里扣掉，就要在30天内退钱，否
则房客就可以要求三倍的赔偿，做房东真是被法律歧视啊
而且法院的判决永远都是先退押金，房东再另开一案要求补偿自己的损失

right和entitlement是不一样的。
独立宣言说，right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness。因为这些是你本
来就有的权利，不是政府赐予的。Bill of right也不是说政府赐予你以下的权利，而
是说政府不能剥夺你以下的权利。
entitlement是需要政府赐予的。因为你自身不具有这些。比如你有life，但是不是天
生带着私家医生和各种药物的。免费医保一定是政府赐予的。政府免费赐予你这些，就
必定要从他人那里无偿剥夺。再比如上大学。每个人都有right to pursuit college。
但是你没有天生就一定要上大学的right。生活中所有的happiness都是如此。right to
pursuit of happiness, not right to happiness.

为了连任搞的比较没品。竞选时候经济不敢谈，health care不敢提，狂打阶级斗争牌
，抓住republican are for rich这个猛打，然后把250k收入设个cut-off,这个250k是
怎么来的？为什么不是100k?不是150K? 明显O8是算计过得失的。gay marriage早不提
晚不提，大选年出来表态支持，明显是要拉年轻人的选票。当总统4年不到，从去年就
开始搞竞选活动，come on, you have a job in DC. Do your job! 两党有分歧，O8不
主动出来lead,因为患得患失了让自己连任失分，让两党自己去掐，当然国会啥也办不
成，然后O8跑出来说，see, republican is the problem. 可拜托，harry reid在参院
连众院通过的法案连讨论都不讨论。bottom line, 选你做总统是要把事情做好，是要

Instead, he put fuel on the fire and even threw in the Medicare Part D
to the entitlements
DEM wants more entitlements, everybody knows it and they indeed do it when
they get a chance.
GOP SAID they want a smaller government and control the entitlements. What
did they do when they got a chance? They expanded the military part of the
government in a big way and threw in more entitlements.
They deserve losing for the decades to come. |
